ロケーションが良い。

Cons:

初日WiFiが使えなくて困った。私から指摘するまでホテルが把握していなかった。以前から利用しているが、最近オーナーが変わってから初めての利用だった。明らかにサービスが劣化していた。当日はビルバオのイベントがありホテル周辺は交通規制があり、車が入れないため数ブロックを、深夜のお祭りの大混雑の中スーツケースを引きずってアプローチしなければならなかった。あらかじめわかっていることだから、事前に通知して欲しかった。

La zona en la que está, la amabilidad del personal y lo cómoda que era la cama. He ido a este hotel muchísimas veces y… es mi hotel de confianza en Bilbao

Decepción.
Pros:

La localización. Limpieza bien y personal bien.

Cons:

El mobiliario de la habitación puede ser minimalista, pero este era de precio coste ridículo para lo que era este hotel. Es vergonzoso el mobiliario que tiene la habitación. La caja fuerte no funcionaba y además las instrucciones eran de otra caja fuerte. El papel higiénico no te lo ponen como ese ni en un hostel.
Muchas habitaciones de hostales están mejor y no cuestan 200€.
Desde luego la ONCE no está haciendo un buen trabajo.

No vayas en Aste Nagusia
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

El wifii funcionaba mal
En la habitación habia una jarra térmica y dos tazas pero nada para infusionar
En el baño solo jabon de manos y cuerpo
El desayuno basico para un 4 estrellas
En pleno verano no había sábanas solo una funda nórdica.
Pedi cama matrimonial y me dieron dos camas.
Ahhhh y no vayas en Aste Nagusia, estuve 3 noches en habitación a la calle y fue muy dificil dormir.
En el dormitorio había un escalón al lado de la cama , puede resultar complicado para personas mayores.
Parking 27 euros por dia.....
