Gutes Hotel in toller Lage!

Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht: Die Auswahl war sehr klein, die Speisen waren wenig ansprechend angerichtet, und wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob alles wirklich frisch war, da vieles stark ausgetrocknet wirkte und überhaupt nicht zum Essen einlud.

Generell haben wir bisher noch nie ein so schwaches Frühstücksangebot erlebt.

Wir sind es gewohnt, dass das Personal freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert ist. Leider haben wir all das hier vermisst. Es fehlte an Herzlichkeit und persönlicher Aufmerksamkeit.

Das ist sehr schade, denn die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön, sauber und gepflegt. Leider fehlt es jedoch deutlich an der herzlichen Atmosphäre und dem Engagement des Personals, die für uns zu einem wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt dazugehören.

Insgesamt sind wir daher leider enttäuscht.

Très belle architecture et emplacement à coté de l'église Votive

Hôtel dans son jus. Une très belle architecture, extérieure et intérieure, mais non rénové depuis de nombreuses années.
Climatisation peu performante et bruyante.
Nous avons demandé une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Celle-ci se situait sous les combles, au cinquième étage, avec une climatisation qui envoyait de l'air chaud et plus de 30 °C dans la chambre. Nous avons dû redescendre au premier étage, mais il n'y avait pas de lits séparés. La réception n'était pas vraiment concernée par notre problème.

אהבנו את המיקום

Cons:

מחסור במיזוג אויר . מלבד בחדר שינה כל המלון אינו ממוזג והחום הנורא שהיה כ 40 מעלות הכביד מאד על השהיה ואף לא היה ניתןצלאכולמארוחת בוקר .
בנוסף החדר היה קטן עם מערכת מיזוג ישנה
