Excelente hotel para una visita a Viena
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo , al lado de la catedral , la Ópera, el Palacio y los departamentos de Sisi, peatonales etc
El personal del hotel es muy atento. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son cómodas y silenciosas, el único detalle para observar es el cubre colchón, porque al ser de nylon con tela arriba, me despertaba mojada por la I transpiración

Tolle Lage, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Steffel direkt ums Eck, alles fußläufig wunderbar zu erreichen. Hofburg nicht weit. Viele Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bar sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Würde immer wieder dort absteigen.

Cons:

Etwas laut durch viel Baulärm in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great location, good facilities.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, being close to the U Bahn, the Cathedral, and to meeting points for the various activities we undertook. The room was a good size with a seating area that was convenient. All facilities were perfectly functional. The addition of bath robes would have been appreciated.
The breakfast area was good and the variety and standard of breakfast foods was good.

Cons:

Some of the hot food in the Breakfast room was disappointing, largely because it was often cold or luke warm. A cooked to order service would have been a big benefit. The Semmels were disappointing, being neither crispy or warm.
