Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal in Vienna. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many of the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

Pros:

Das Personal, die waren alle total nett und zuvorkommend und so unfassbar aufmerksam, habe ich so noch nie erlebt.

Zimmer wirklich sehr gemütlich und die Klimaanlage sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Zimmer ganz oben war zwar cool, aber leider durch die abgeschrägten Fenster keine Aussicht. Das Bad war leider etwas zu klein.

The location is really fantastic. We liked the bar on the top floor with great views over the cathedral.

The breakfast was ok. Tiny thimbles for juice and water which is a pet hate. The pastries and coffee were very good.

Perfect location from which to see Vienna.
Pros:

Location was perfect for both sightseeing and shopping, the tube was clean with air conditioning, the City is beautiful and I felt very safe both day and night. People were more than happy to stop and help with directions. Unfortunately they had an out of season heatwave (June 42 degrees) but didn’t stop us seeing the beautiful city of Vienna.

Absolut zentrale Lage, Zimmer fūr ein Stadthotel recht gross. Bad und WC getrennt :-) eine gut funktionierende und sehr leise Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Frühstück.
