The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the mattress in our room—it was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Location is perfect.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and it was possible to walk to many attractions. The hotel’s atmosphere was lovely, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

For a hotel of this quality, I would have expected at least a complimentary bottle of water on the day of arrival. It didn’t even have to be bottled water—Austria’s excellent tap water would have been perfectly fine. It wasn’t about having paid water in the minibar; it was about the gesture of hospitality.

Pros:

Location is perfect, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is wonderful.
I had a beautiful dinner at the Italian in their downstairs restaurant, quite easily one of the best meals I have ever had! I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone

موقع الفندق رائع جداً في وسط السنتر كل شي عندك مطاعم مقاهي ماركت معالم اغلب الماركات الموقع رائع جداً يوجد ماكدونالدز مفتوح على مدار الساعة كفي عايدة الشهير بجانب الفندق انصح به لموقعه الرائع

Pros:

Super Lage mitten in Wien. Betten waren super bequem! Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal; haben uns ein Lunchpaket für die frühe Abreise um 5 Uhr gepackt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas opulenter ausfallen können.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Especially worth noting is Kim who ingeniously managed to fix my wife's serious problem with her smart phone. The hotel is perfectly located in a central but quiet location.
