Great location. Full stop.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Near multiple metro stops. Literally 30seconds to San Sebastián metro. Surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants and shopping boutiques.
The staff were amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and dark. The breakfast was a large canteen in the basement with no natural light or view. The staff were very nice but the breakfast was stale bread and croissants. Not good.

Cons:

Die Dusche war schlecht, Duschkopf verkalkt!!! Und es roch aus dem Bad sehr stockig - es war der Duschvorhang.also nicht sauber.

Tolles Hotel - immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, großer Parkplatz, nette Cafés fussläufig erreichbar und die Metrostation auch in unmittelbarer Nähe

Friendly Staff, Good Location
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. We took the Metro every day. Close to the #8 Metro station at San Sebastien.

Cons:

The elevator in our building (Eiffel) was broken for all 5 days of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. The liquid soap dispenser hanger was installed upside down which caused the liquid soap bottle to fall off the wall. It was difficult getting in and out of the high rise bath tub and the floor got wet and slippery.

pretty cool hotel in great location, but rooms are a quite outdated

Cons:

The most striking thing was, and that is not at all a good thing, upon arrival we landed in a much smaller room than the suite that we booked online. The receptionist told me that when booking at Booking.com only the features can be expected. This lead to a huge discussion and I almost wanted to cancel and find another hotel. I booked with booking com but also checked the actual hotel website for the specific room After I told this I was given another larger room.
This should not have happened!

Great hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Lovely large rooms. Staff were great.

Cons:

No aircon in public areas. With a heat wave was hard being anywhere near reception. The hotel is great for exploring Le Maris but is a gd 45 min walk to other major tourist hubs.
