Good location and fair Accommodation
Pros:

The location. Cute common shared area. Staff spoke good English.

Cons:

Pictures look much nicer than in real. The rooms could do with some updating.

Comfortable cool oasis in the heat of the Paris summer
Pros:

We went to Paris when it was hot hot hot and the air conditioning was wonderful.
The location is good and I liked the small kitchen facilities in the room

Komen graag een keer terug!
Pros:

Een oase van rust in het drukke Parijs. Le Marais is zo’n leuke wijk, het hotel ligt precies tussen het 4e en 11e in. Aardig personeel

Cons:

Parkeergarage is ontzettend smal, met een gemiddelde auto al lastig om binnen te rijden. Maar wel heel fijn om je auto veilig te kunnen parkeren

It was ok. Outdoor service was not friendly
Pros:

The garden was lovely

Cons:

Elevator didn’t work and I had to shlap my suitcase to the third floor and back.
The shower had a terrible odor. That was unbearable

La cour intérieure magnifique

Cons:

Pour 248€ / nuit j’ai été choqué d’avoir une baignoire aussi abîmée qui donne d’ailleurs une impression de saleté. Un plastique était proposé pour servir de fond de baignoire. Ça peut paraître une bonne idée mais soit c’est en bon état et propre soit il faut penser à rénover. J’ai l’habitude de payer ce prix principalement pour avoir une salle de bain en bon état et je peux dire que pour moins cher vous avez mieux ailleurs.
Il faisait 35° dehors et la climatisation de la chambre verrouillée sur 19° autant dire un choc thermique.
Ascenseur en panne, ça peut arriver mais pas prévenu.

I have three children, and my wife is pregnant. Despite that, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor of a building with a broken elevator. Every day we were told it would be fixed, but it never was.

The room still had food left behind by the previous guest, and it was never properly cleaned during our entire stay. The bathroom toilet was dirty, and the soap dispenser was empty.

In short, I will never stay here again. It was a terrible experience. The only things that deserve praise are the location and the breakfast.
