Pros:

I have stayed at the Sheraton WTC several times, and I liked it. This time not, room 1110 is not comparable to the other rooms I stayed in before. It has no desk to work, just a small table with two uncomfortable chairs. A worn old small sofa that badly needs replacement. The same for the coffee table. There is a fridge on a pedestal??? See the picture. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels close by…next time I go there.

Pros:

The concierge team is truly top of the line. A special thank you to Carolina, Thiago, and Bruna for their outstanding service. They are a big part of the reason I continue to stay at this hotel. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are exceptional.

Every staff member goes out of their way to assist guests and make them feel welcome.

Renato, the bellman, is always there to help during each of my stays. He is fantastic and has an incredible attitude that reflects the hotel's commitment to service excellence.

I would also like to recognize Renan Felipe at reception. He is amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile.

This hotel consistently delivers outstanding hospitality, and the staff are what make it truly special.

Barulho de água alto toda vez que o quarto bonzinho usava o chuveiro ou vaso. Foi cobrado coisas do minibar que não consumi, inclusive depois do checkout

Great restaurant bud need Crema de Papaya please!
Pros:

This is my 8th time coming to this hotel in business and I love the location and the service the team there provides. The restaurant onsite, DOK has very friendly staff and good food. However, although they serve several traditional desserts, I am disappointed that they don’t have papaya cream as this is one of the most traditional Brazilian desserts. I really wish they would just add it to the menu at the restaurant and also room service menu. I will be back!
