Excelente hotel, equipe muito bem treinada. Recepção e atendimento muito solícitos e eficientes. Hotel muito bacana, sobretudo pra quem tem propósito de participar de eventos no WTC. Café da manhã espetacular!

Cons:

CONTUDO, em que pese todo bom atendimento e eficiente dos dias anteriores, na última manhã, antes do checkout, o vazo sanitário parou de funcionar e o chuveiro estava com água gelada, além de quê no sabonete do box tinha cabelo longo de mulher, o que mostra que não foi bem higienizado. Inclusive, na saída, mostrei ao atendente fotos que fiz, a título de dar feedback e corrigirem. De todo modo, como são questões pontuais, creio que eu voltaria pra ele, torcendo para que tais erros não se repetissem, acreditando que não correspondem ao padrão do hotel, visto que toda as demais experiências foram muito satisfatórias e elogiáveis.

inundação não sanada do chuveiro, defeito não sanado mesmo diante de 4 reclamações;; torneira de água quente do lavabo que estava e permaneceu emperrada, apesar de 4 reclamações; restaurante com comida ruim; o hotel fez dois bloqueios, um de 11 mil reais e outro de 15 ,mil reais, quando as diárias somaram 21.828,45 reais e não fizeram a compensação no checkout e até o momento não tive solução. Em suma, cobrou o preço de um 5 estrelas e ofereceu um serviço 3 estrelas.
