Pros:

Didelė teritorija, yra kur pasivaikščioti. Dirbantis baras, malonūs barmenai. Pasisekė, kad buvo šiltas geras oras.

Cons:

Nepatiko, kad po masažo nuvedė į Vitality erdvę, už kurią po to reikalavo susimokėt, nors buvo įskaičiuotas Aqwa Pool erdvė. Nepatiko statybų vaizdas pro langą, nors numeris žadėjo vaizdą į ežerą (toks vaizdas yra tik iš 2 aukšto, mes gavome 1 aukšte į stroikes). Vandens pramogų valys ir vandens dviračiai buvo apsemti, neišvalyti, norėtųsi, kad priežiūros būtų įrangai daugiau.

Уборка номеров каждый день обязательна, как и нормальный выбор еды.

Спа зона очень понравилась детям

Cons:

Уборку в номерах не проводили, даже не вынесли мусор. Завтрак невкусный, три дня подряд одинаковый, менялись только сосиски и каша. Нет выбора где поужинать, из 4 баров работали только 2, один суши бар, в другом только макароны и бургеры. Первый раз вижу, что в отеле в номере не было фена и чайника, очень удивились.

Можно посетить ради Спа комплекса.
Pros:

Спа комплекс был хороший, посетителей было мало. Всё чистое и новое.Можно было пойти и в день заезда и в день выезда. Но спа можно посетить, не оставаясь в гостинице.Завтрак был разнообразный и вкусный.

Комнаты со старым ремонтом, требуется обновить интерьер.

The closeness to the city makes it easy to access and the grounds are beautiful.

Cons:

The majority of the hotel is extremely dated. The newer section, where we stayed, is nice but certain things have been done very cheaply. The hotel is like a labyrinth and it’s very confusing to find your way around. Breakfast was not great.

Gražiai sutvarkyta aplinka, viešbutis su spa netoli Vilniaus, erdvus kambarys.

Cons:

Viešbutis didelis ir labai klaidus, trūko nuorodų, kaip rasti SPA zonų ir restoranų įėjimus/išėjimus. Kambariai gana nusidėvėję, sienos purvinos, kiliminė danga dėmėta. Keista, kad viena spa zona siūloma nemokamai, o kita - mokamai. Po masažų negalėjome išeiti iš mokamos zonos, o registratūroje sėdinčios darbuotojos nekreipė dėmesio ir neskubėjo padėti.

Seni kambariai, neatitinka kainos ir kokybės santykio. Viskas nusidevėja ir pasenę, paskutinę naktį, net nelikome miegoti po renginio išvažiavome.

Das Spa mit großem Pool ist hervorragend. Die Außenanlage direkt am See ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders praktisch ist der Shuttlebus, der zuverlässig ins Zentrum von Vilnius fährt.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung wirkt alt und teilweise abgenutzt. Der Service ist eher unpersönlich und vermittelt wenig Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine überdimensionierte Auswahl, was dazu führt, dass viele Gäste ihre Teller halb voll stehen lassen. Das Hotel sollte hier stärker gegensteuern, um Verschwendung zu vermeiden. Insgesamt erinnert die Atmosphäre eher an Frankfurt Terminal 1 als an ein entspanntes Resort.
