Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Pros:

Die Lage zum Raimund Theater ist überragend. Die Zimmer sind gut und das Personal super freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles gebotene aber, wiegt das wieder auf.

Względnie na jeden nocleg, jako baza do dalszych wojaży.

Cons:

Było niestety brudno, parking podziemny to niestety Ciasna pomyłka, jeszcze za 22EUR. O mały włos udało się wjechać samochodem… bardzo słabe śniadania. Mierny wybór, jak na europejskie standardy. Hotel bardzo leciwy, apartament niestety bardzo przeciętny. W polskim Mercure to by po prostu nie przeszło. Widocznie Polska poszła bardzo do przodu. Może właśnie w tym tkwi problem. Cena obiektywnie w porządku, ale o śniadaniach i problematycznym parkingu powinno się informować wcześniej.

Pros:

I chose this hotel because me and my friend were going to see a show at Raimund Theater and honestly I couldn't have made a better choice. The hotel directly opposes the theatre, so if you are planning a visit there, this is the perfect place to stay. Our room was more spacious than I expected, comfortable and clean, and had everything you need for a short stay. I can't comment on breakfast since we didn't opt for it. Biggest benefit is definitely the location in Mariahilf district, close proximity to Raimund Theater, cafés and public transport (metro) but the hotel in itself is great too. I would recommend it.

Cons:

Only thing I noticed myself were stains on one of the lamps but that's nothing too serious. Everything else was clean. My friend mentioned that room got a bit colder during the night and the AC seemingly had no heating mode. But we still didn't consider this as much of an issue, just an observation.

Das einzige positive waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.
Die Lage zur U-Bahn.
Minibar wurde ohne Kosten aufgefüllt

Eine Rezeptionistin wusste nicht, wo es zur U-Bahn geht. Sie kennt sich nicht aus, und könnte sowas nicht beantworten,
Im Zimmer (Suite) klemmte die Badezimmertür, sie konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Am dritten Tag ist sie dann ganz aus den Angeln gefallen. Reparatur wurde ausgeführt, aber der Schmutz lag am letzten Tag noch so da. Der Schreibtischstuhl fiel fast auseinander, das Kunstleder war abgeblättert. Aus dem Saum guckten kleine Nägel. Die Kopfkissen sind alt und sollten dringend gewechselt werden. Auf dem Bettrahmen reichte der Staub, um eine Stauballergie zu bekommen. Die große Terrasse ist ungepflegt, Blumenkübel waren in Mengen vorhanden mit dem Schmutz des letzten Jahres. Keine Sonnenschirme. Auch die Fenster hätten eine Reinigung innen wie außen dringend nötig. Auch der Innenhof neben dem Frühstücksraum war dreckig. Die Möbel aus Paletten fielen fast zusammen und Nägel guckten aus dem Holz. Auch hier Spinnenweben und vertrocknete Blumen vom letzten Sommer.
Das "Highlight" aber war das Frühstück. 3 Käsesorten, 3 Wurstsorten, kalte Würstchen. Wenn man ab 9:00 Uhr kam, musste man sich beeilen, eine Brötchenauswahl (Körner/Mohn) zu sehen. Danach gab es nur noch helle Brötchen. (Alle aufgebacken) Es war definitiv kein guter Start in den Tag.
