Muito boa. Voltaria.
Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Quarto bem arrumado e limpo. Chuveiro gostoso de tomar um banho. Cama grande com travesseiros confortáveis.

Cons:

O quarto dava para os fundos, não tinha vista para a rua, não desabona a estadia.

O atendimento, café da manhã e localização do hotel eram excelentes.

Cons:

O quarto de maneira geral era excelente em comparação custo benefício. Porém o banheiro deixou a desejar. Não condizia com as fotos apresentadas na divulgação, não possuía box na área de banho, somente uma cortina. Por esse motivo, ao tomar banho o banheiro ficava todo molhado. O chuveiro do quarto tinha a opção de quente/frio porém ao ser colocado no quente, ele demorava em torno de 5 minutos somente para esquentar.

Ótimo hotel para quem busca ficar bem localizado.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita e os funcionários super educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

A cama era de casal e um lado estava mais baixo que outro. O ar condicionado fazia MUITO barulho, eu nem ligava.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena. Su ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Copacabana, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y la playa, lo que hizo nuestra estadía muy cómoda.

Sin embargo, lo más destacable fue la calidad humana y la atención excepcional del señor Douglas Pinheiro en recepción. Queremos agradecer profundamente, junto a mi familia, toda su ayuda, empatía, orientación y amabilidad durante nuestra estadía. Es una persona muy cordial, atenta y de gran corazón, siempre dispuesto a colaborar y hacer que uno se sienta bienvenido y como en casa. Sin duda, personas como él marcan la diferencia y hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial.
