La ubicación y el trato del personal.

Cons:

me aloje varias veces en este hotel. esta ultima me toco una habitación no tan bien mantenida. la bañera tenia cortina y no tenia mampara como las anteriores. seguramente haya habitaciones que queden por remodelar, tendrían que estar a un precio inferior. el desayuno le faltaba variedad comparado al verano.

Estive com minhas duas filhas e a acomodação foi muito confortável. O quarto triplo é muito espaçoso

A acomodação é bem espaçosa, com armários e espaço para bagagem. Cama confortável e café da manhã bem diverso.

Cons:

As toalhas ja estão muito desgastadas e a academia merece uma limpeza mais frequente, esteira estava bem suja.

Pros:

A localização sem dúvida é o ponto alto da hospedagem. Importante destacar, também, o atendimento, em especial, do Douglas que nos recepcionou e foi gentil, atencioso e educado do início ao fim.

Cons:

Não teve algo que eu não tenha gostado, mas quero de destacar que senti falta de uma variedade maior de itens no café da manhã, pois eram sempre os mesmos.

El desayuno.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. No se podía apagar. De noche sacamos la tarjeta de abrir la puerta para que se desconecte toda la luz y así dormir en silencio. No quisimos reclamar en el hotel porque habría que esperar a un técnico, dejarlo entrar, etc, etc, y perder tiempo.
