The shower inside the bathroom wasn't working properly.
Loved the location and balcony view
We heard a long high pitched noise that to us, as Americans, sounded like someone held the elevator door open too long. Several people came out of their rooms wondering what it was. My husband went down to the desk to ask/inform about the noise. Apparently that was their fire alarm. When he found that out, they told him to leave the building. He said I need to tell my wife. But they said they would tell me and he gave them the room number. NO ONE DID! No one called my room or knocked on my door. So I’m waiting up in my room for my husband to come back to let me know what’s happening and when he doesn’t return, I look out of the window and I see him standing in front of the hotel along with many other guests. Glad it was just a fire in the garbage and not a major emergency or I might not be writing this review right now.
It was stunning, and the breakfast was excellent. What a pleasure to be here.

Unfriendly staff member when checking in, I am a paying customer, you’re not doing me a favour by letting me stay at the hotel.
The desk light in the hotel room wasn’t working so the room was very dark, I tried to call reception to inform them but nobody picked up the phone
The sink wasn’t draining properly which impacted my ability to utilise it unimpeded, which was frustrating
