Great service, great location.
Pros:

The service was excellent, especially the lady who checked us in and the lady in the breakfast area. I have attached a photo of them marked with the purple lines.

Decently priced hotel. Will stay again
Pros:

The location is good, close to lake and also to many restaurants, groceries, shopping. The room is decent size with comfortable beds. You can leave you luggage before and after checkout for the day. There is free coffee, water and tea at the lobby which is really nice.

Cons:

Somehow the bed has no headboard and there is a concrete on top of the bed which perfectly sized that you will potentially hit your head on if unaware. The washroom has no exhaust which I noticed is almost in all hotels we've been in in Swiss.

Great hotel.
Pros:

I got a lovely big room. Lots of space. Very clean. Room 112. I slept very well and was not disturbed by external noise. The shower had great pressure and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

If I was super critical I would have liked a USB socket for charging my phone and a bigger tv with smart capability so I could connect my phone and watch something in English language.

Excellent hotel and good value in beautiful Luzern
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a great location right on the No. 1 tram line. We opted for a larger room that was surprisingly spacious and comfortable and well worth the little bit higher price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived before the scheduled check-in time and left our luggage while we explored the town. Returned to find that our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Nice.

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good hotel in a great city
Pros:

Really friendly staff who allowed me to check in early and lent me an adapter to charge my phone. Decent breakfast with eggs, cheese, cooked meats etc. Plus Luzern is fab

Posizione ottima: in pieno centro; posteggio vicino alla struttura a tariffa agevolata.
Colazione Ottima e varia, camere silenziose e comode anche se necessitano di un restyling.
