It was a pleasant stay.

A bit noisy sometimes. There was a group of young people stayed near our room & they were a bit noisy at night.

Die Lage ist definitiv das grösste Plus dieses Hotels. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war jederzeit sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – dafür ein grosses Dankeschön.

Cons:

Leider hat uns das Frühstück sehr enttäuscht. Die Auswahl und Qualität entsprachen nicht dem Preis, den man dafür bezahlt. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkte wenig aufmerksam und engagiert.
Beim nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen, allerdings ohne Frühstück. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten, deutlich besser und preiswerter zu frühstücken.

此次訂了三間房間，入住時皆已安裝冷氣，這是歐洲熱浪旅遊期間最大的驚喜，房間乾淨，員工待客態度良好，我們兩台車皆停飯店建議的停車場，停車場光線明亮安全，停車卡須給飯店員工處理，後可多次進出停車場

Pros:

Luxury feel: Great location and close to everything and great connection with the public transportation, the room was nice with balconies and good view, in short it was a good 3star hotel and its worth coming back here.

Service: The service was good already from the start. They allowed us to store luggage after CO. The only negative part was that they wouldn't allow tea kettles in the room and we had to go down to the lobby for coffee or tea.

HK: the cleanliness of the room was ok could have improved a bit especially in the bathtub as it didn't really look like it was cleaned properly, and the Housekeeping staff knocked on the room before check out that caused stress maybe because of miss communication with the front desk, but did give enough towels for every one.


F&B: We did not have breakfast included so did not try the F&B outlet they had at the premises but did go down to reception for coffee which did not taste great as it tasted it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
