Uma adorável estadia
Pros:

Localização, limpeza e organização. O quarto é extremamente agradável e espaçoso, com tudo o que precisamos. Funcionários foram muito cordiais. A localização do hotel é fácil e próxima da estação de trem. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem!

ホスピタリティを感じるホテル
Pros:

立地が最高です。その分お部屋は東京のビジネスホテルと同じくらい狭いですが1人ですし不便はありませんでした。小さいけどバルコニーがあるのも嬉しい。ベッドの固さも良くとても清潔でした。
何より素晴らしいのはスタッフの皆さんです。都会のホテルを立地で選ぶと事務的な雰囲気の場合が多い気がしますがここはとても暖かく親切でした。

A great little boutique hotel close to the Lucerne waterfront. We had a very nice stay.
Pros:

This little hotel in Lucern was exceptional. It was in a great location a few blocks from the lake waterfront. It was very nice and had an attached bathroom and a lift, which were welcome luxuries in a Swiss boutique hotel. We didn’t purchase the breakfast, so we can’t comment about that.

Mitteklassehotel in Luzerner Stadtnähe
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Frühstück war o.k. aber relativ übersichtlich.
TOP funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer waren klein, Bad war nur ein wenig größer als eine Flugzeugtoilette, Dusche in Badewanne mit Vorhang, der am Körper klebt beim Duschen.
Steckdosen für Handy aufzuladen ware unterhalb der Nachtischablage. Zum Netzteil einstecken musste man sich fast auf den Bauch legen. Warum man nicht eine Steckdose direkt neben dem Lichtschalter für die Leselampe einbaut bleibt ein Geheimnis der Elektrinstallationsfirma.
