Nice stay in a very conveniently located spot.

Location, easy access to freeways and the city. Restaurants and shopping nearby

Cons:

Breakfast was decent. I think the attention to proactive service and information dissemination could be much better. The coffee machine was out the first morning when getting breakfast. The staff didn’t inform us of this until we’d asked. Non tea was offered, but the general coffee station for the hotel was offered.

The food stations need to be refreshed ever so often to keep food from becoming stale and crusty. As a former professional chef, this is an easy thing to keep mindful of. No one likes eggs with a dry crust on top. They were approaching that stage. The offerings were more than decent, though. No boiled eggs, which should be offered.

Just don’t cheapen the experience by not being attentive. As well, table clothes need to be addressed after previous diners. If they are soiled, they need to be removed/replaced.

Cons:

The gym facilities are extremely poor and not hygienic at all. Most of the equipment appears to be more than 30 years old, and even the main strength-training machines are not functioning properly. There is no proper maintenance or care from the staff.

Room service is very slow and unreliable. Even after calling, service can take up to two days, and we have to repeatedly follow up just to get a response.

There are no water bottles provided, and no proper facility to refill drinking water. Guests are left with no option but to use water from the bathroom, which is unacceptable.

The breakfast quality is very poor. There is no proper tea or coffee available, and getting it from the staff feels like a matter of luck. The food options are quite disappointing considering the value charged.

The HVAC system is also in very bad condition. It is extremely noisy and seems as old as the hotel itself,

It was a good stay for the night if you are only there to sleep for a few hours.
Pros:

Location was great lots of things near by for food and shopping and fast access to the highway.

Cons:

For breakfast they only had a few of the cold items available, nothing warm they didn’t say why. It was not very clean and needs upgrading, saw a few stains on the curtains and other items in the hotel. Also the pool was very dirty (slimy) don’t recommend at all.

Awesome
Pros:

Everything, except 1 thing when my wife, my grandson, and I went to the Iron grill it was closed, so how can we enjoy ourselves if we had to order at the bar, then find a table because children can not be at the bar. So we left and had dinner elsewhere and it was 7:15pm on a Friday on April 30 2026 but other than that, everything was great!

Would stay here again
Pros:

It was right off the freeway and only 10 minutes from the event we were attending. Super clean and bright and welcoming. Dalen ( I believe that was his name) at front desk was fast, efficient and polite. Our room was so big and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too except for their sausage links. Loved that they had lactose free yogurt option as well. Free parking. Wifi was on point.
