Nothing special. IBIS BUDGET is better.
Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t close or lock. Was charged £12 to park outside. There was dirt all down the back of the toilet door. There was 2 of us staying in the room so they put 2 sugars in the coffee facility and only 2 sachets of coffee.

Dreadful waste of money

Cons:

There was a constant stench of sewage.
My shower did not work.
The room was a disgrace

I raised concerns with staff and got one word answers. For example "yes" and "no"

When i booked in in the evening. The lady was helpful on recception

Chap on the reception was not that helpful tbh. Could not understand why i could not pay for my parking when i arrived in the morning

Great value for money
Pros:

Reasonable pricing for parking and breakfast.

Cons:

The bar closed at 11:30. We fancied a drink before turning in at that time

Nice clean hotel. Pleasant staff and ideal location. Close to station and shopping centre at West Quay. £6 early morning
Pros:

Staff professional and pleasant. Great location, only a 5 min walk from train station.

Cons:

Expensive bar drinks, but to be expected from a hotel. Toilet stopped working at 11pm, but staff were quick and responsive and I was moved to another room, although this was a hassle as I had to pack back up again to move. These things happen though.

OK if all you need is a bed for the night

Great chap checked us in, room was very smelly mainly of stale urine, good location as easy to walk to John Lewis etc!
