Pros:

Near the ships for boarding. Good parking. Keen staff.

Cons:

Choice of food menu was poor. Didn't know we could leave car for long term parking, would have been an advantage.

It was a very pleasant hotel near great shopping and close to the cruiseport by taxi. I’ve stayed at this hotel about 4
Pros:

Everyone at Ibis was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I had a little problem getting my walker out of the room whenever I left the room. The door was heavy and it was hard to keep it open while maneuvering my walker out the threshold. Unfortunately, at the time they didn’t have a handicapped accessible room available for me.
