Location was great, but facilities were very basic and poor, wi fi in the room was very bad as was the air conditioning. Room itself was basic like student accommodation at best. And breakfast well tbh wasn't the best. Skip it if you can.
Estaba cerca de la estación de tren y del puerto de cruceros
No había aire acondicionado y las ventanas se habrían muy poco. Había ventilador

The hotel is located perfectly for what I needed, as was going away and was close to the dock
The only downside i can think of was the price on parking as I was only staying the 1 night, as I was going on holiday. It was £12 for first night and then £20 a night for the remaining 9 nights I was away.
I'm sure the year before I paid £12 a night for the duration of my holiday.
We only had the continental breakfast and the choice was very limited
We went for a evening meal we ordered chicken burgers and chips, when it was served the chips looked like they had been warmed up a few times and the burgers were awful they were very greasy we left them on the table and had a meal outside the hotel
Nothing no air con and it was stifling hot gave you a fan that couldn't blow feathers staff didn't want to know was worst sleep of my life cups for drinking water were more suited for small children breakfast was appalling wouldn't stay there again if you payed me
All of the above no air con stifling hot rooms small fan that couldn't blow feathers breakfast was appalling staff weren't interested in anything you said unless it was something good you said about the crap hotel for the price paid I expected at least a decent place to stay i dont really write bad reviews but I felt I needed to on this occasion
The people at the Ibis were really wonderful. I forgot some medication and they held on to it for us, while we drove thru England to Scotland, Wales and Cornwall and it was waiting for us when we returned for our overnight stays before boarding our ship for the sail back across the Atlantic. It was not their fault but we were there during some of the hottest days that England has had to endure and our rooms were Hot. We did have fans but it was very uncomfortable. Their location is excellent. Walking distance to the big Westquay Mall where thankfully it was cool, plus it is very close to the Cruise Terminal.
Location was good and staff were helpful
Room was basic, no air-con, no windows that opened adequately, and no fridge. Beds were tiny and not comfortable. Price was too high
Stayed here again on our way to catch the Queen Mary 2 for the trip across the Atlantic. Rooms were small but the price was right.
We did not like the hotel and the staff seemed hostile
1) Extremely Expensive
2) Bedroom was small
3) Bedroom and Bathroom not entirely clean
4) Bedroom did not have enough ventilation
5) Dinner choice expensive and basic and tasted like a microwave meal
6) The breakfast was the worst breakfast we have ever had and we are well travelled. It had been left hanging around and was cold and rubbery (we left most of it). Our tea and coffee out of the drinks machine tasted like cleaning products and we left it. The fruit juice had been watered down.
The staff were welcoming when I arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight.
No rooms left so we were escorted to the hotel next door to an upgraded room.
Expensive price for basic hotel
Basic and dated
Close to ports for cruises
Not much.
Everything. Plus, ripping people off for food & drink at extortionate prices is wrong especially when it's poor quality.
£6.50 for a pint of Cider. Are you mad?
Near the main railway station
Difficult to keep curtains closed with the window open as it was v warm. But there was a fan in the room
