The location was convenient to where we needed to be.

Cons:

We drove in from Atlanta, GA the night before, and prior to starting our trip I called the hotel to confirm the address using the number from my confirmation email. The young lady I spoke to asked for my Confirmation number, then my name, and then provided me with the address. We'll, 10 hours later, upon arriving Olivia asked for the same information at the front desk only to tell us that we did not have a reservation, and we needed to contact Booking.com to figure it out. Well, when I asked how it was possible for one person acknowledge the reservation 10 hours earlier but now you don't have it. She was not accommodating at all. She asked me to provide proof of the dates of our stay. When I showed her that, she still maintained that we did not have a reservation. It was only when my daughter inquired whether my name could have been transposed ( first name last) did she all of a sudden find us. There was no apology from her, nothing. I was very disappointed with an establishment carrying the Marriott name. Then to add insult to injury, upon checking out, my husband asked for a receipt, she was very dismissive in telling him he would have to get it from his 3rd party, which we have not received.

Repeat Stay & Would Stay Again
Pros:

We have now stayed here two times (November 2025 and most recently April 1, 2026). Both times, our room was ready, clean and comfortable - the bed extremely comfortable. All staff members we encountered were professional, yet friendly. Given the opportunity to stay in the area again, we will stay here.

If you want to hear all your neighbors you can stay hear and expect no rest for a long day of travel. Never ever again!!
Pros:

Clean. Close to airport.

Cons:

Neighbors next door were up till 2:30 in morning. I heard all laughs and partying. I had to leave for flight at 5 a m. I had absolutely NO rest. Very very poor.

Clean and reasonably priced place to stay for an early flight at BWI.
Pros:

Good place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. Very close to airport.

Cons:

Staff could have been more personable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and renovated. The lobby and hallways were very worn and needed to be updated.

While I had a few hiccups during my stay, the rooms were nice.
Pros:

I enjoyed the balcony and the couch in the room. It also had a lot of storage space.

Cons:

There was no hot water during my stay. They couldn’t accommodate and did not have anyone to fix it on staff. That is not something that can wait. The staff was friendly enough, but my issue was never resolved. The hallway also reeked of cigarette and recreational smoke.
