Excelente localização
Pros:

Excelente localização , quarto confortável, café da manhã ruim e num dia chegamos às 930 e muita coisa já tinha acabado, faltava pães e frios. Não pode acontecer num hotel desse valor.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Location by train station was great. Restaurant served outside in the park and was delightful. Also served a good buffet breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 3 minuty pieszo od dworca głównego, 5 minut pieszo do słynneg mostu.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, ze pieszym dojściem z dworca. Dobre śniadania.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Äusserst freundliches Personal. Die Lage top. Das Bett sehr bequem. Alles am Zimmer war in Stand gehalten und sauber. Abendessen im Bellini war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir konnten den Gast über uns sehr deutlich laufen/stampfen hören, so dass bei uns das Zimmer vibrierte.

Almost perfect
Pros:

We made a great choice with this hotel given its very convenient location and beautiful Park room with a view (of Mt. Pilatus). The hotel is very close to the train station, Migros, various fastfood chains and restaurants, and about a 10-15min walk to a laundromat. The 5th floor triple room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the balcony has a view of the park and Mt. Pilatus. Breakfast was good and satisfying, even if they serve the same dishes every day. Staff were generally helpful.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered is the housekeeping. On our 1st day, despite putting up the Eco sign on the door (throw trash but not change towels), they failed to do this and I even had to call the front desk (around 5pm), who asked if I put up the sign which I did. Meanwhile, on our 2nd day, I put up the Make Up room sign but they failed to do so by the time we arrived back in the hotel by 2-3pm. They did however make up the room with us inside.

Everything fine except A/C control.
Pros:

We stayed in room 70 on the 4th floor for six days. We had zero success trying to get the room temperature to a satisfactory temperature. The weather in Lugano during our stay was 30 C or above, every day.
The A/C unit was mounted above the clothes closets and controlled by a wall mounted unit. No matter what temperature or fan speed we set it to, we were never able to get the temperature to 25 C or cooler. This is not a comfortable temperature to try and sleep in.
The bed linen never looked clean and crisp.
Dinner was never a wow moment other than the mango gelato or the tiramisu.
No coffee maker in room.
Shower is spectacular.
