とてもよかった。
Pros:

駅から近く、観光するにも大変便利ですし、スタッフさんの感じもとてもよかったです。

Prettig hotel, parkeerplaats direct naast hotel. Aanrader in Luzern.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer. Fijn bed. Alles prima in orde. Het hotel ligt op perfecte locatie en op de plekjes die je op de plaatjes ziet als je Luzern zoekt op internet. Wij hadden geen last van de trein ( ligging bij het station) of iets dergelijks. Onze kamer lag aan de zijkant en keek uit op een soort binnenplaats. Rustig geslapen.

Cons:

De lakens lagen los op de matrassen. In de ochtend lag het bijna opgekruld bij je voeten en lig je praktisch op het matras. Zelf vind ik dit niet zo fris. Misschien tip om de lakens strak opmaken door het onder matras te stoppen. Maar voor de rest alles fris, netjes en schoon.
Verder prima ontbijt. Alles aanwezig. Zeker aanrader om te boeken op doorreis met bezoek aan Luzern of voor cirytrip.

מלון שעולה 500-600€ ללילה. בהחלט לא שווה את המחיר. לא ממליצה

קירבה לתחנת הרכבת . ממש בכניסה
המיקום מעולה הכל קרוב.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת

Cons:

המלון בשיפוצים. אין מתקנים. לא ברור על מה נחשב המלון ל 4 כוכבים. ב2 הלילות ששנינו במלון היו התראות על עשן בבניין אחת מהן העירה אותנו ב 6 בבוקר.

Pros:

The hotel is close to the train station which is amazing.

Cons:

Sadly our room smelt heavily of ash, post a fire that took place a couple weeks before hand. The smell was masked with air freshener, which didn't work.

Our room was station on the 4th floor and next to construction, we were woken up every morning 7am to tools, voices and loud noises.
For some people Switzerland is a once in a life time opportunity and for the price you pay the rooms you shouldn't have to be woken up like that. I believe there should be compensation and fellow guest should be warned before staying.

The fire alarms went off Thursday afternoon and there was no announcement to say if it was real or fake. Again Friday morning at 6:30am again no announcement. When speaking to the staff about this issue they apologised and asked how we were paying for the room tax,

Very unsatisfied, over priced for a room next to construction, and smelling of ash.

Uitstekend hotel
Pros:

Uitstekende nieuwe comfortabele accomodatie, ligging en restaurant (Bellini). Personeel was ook O.K. behalve de onervaren receptionist die moeite had om ons in te checken.
