Keep items in safe!! I had items stolen from my room

Cons:

Item stolen from my room.
Hotel didn’t take the situation seriously and actually advised that ‘maybe I had lost the item’.
Shame, as the hotel was nice.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff, I was allowed to check in earlier without giving notice in advance.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
Top level facilities especially the gym.
Highly recommended.

Gem of a hotel and would use another one in the chain without any doubt.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel and brilliant staff. Breakfast was quite wide ranging and catered well for me being vegetarian. I was impressed with the number of coffee machines found at breakfast so that I never had to queue to get a coffee.

Gute Lage! Tolles Frühstück!

Cons:

Leider ließ sich die Heizung im Hotelzimmer nicht aus- oder sogar kleiner stellen und lief die ganze Zeit auf höchster Stufe durch.

Pros:

The location is fine, walking distance to city center. The room was clean but small for 3 people.

Cons:

Since the room was looking the street it was noisy, better to stay at the rooms looking at backyard.

Central position, attentive staff

Cons:

Not that I don’t like it, one just has to be really cautious about parking. Second undergroud level is really only for smaller cars/skilled drivers. 2,3m max width
