Could do better.
Pros:

Great location in a very underrated city and very good staff personally.

Cons:

The amenities were poor. On the first night the main light would not switch off on the hottest day of the year and had to get a new room as could not manage without air conditioning. The second stay was initially dismal as the bathroom had not even been cleaned! How this is missed at a hotel is puzzling. Room for improvement.

A high class modern stay at a good price.
Pros:

Modern and comfortable hotel, we had a club level room, and really enjoyed having the club room for relaxation, coffee, and even a light dinner. Large, comfortable room, with breakfast included. Only a few minutes walk from the old town center and castle hill.

Good spot in Bratislava
Pros:

Hughe hotel in front of Presidential Palace.
Well located to move and walk around the city that has a cute old town.
There are a lot of elevators although sometimes may be hard to get one.
Nice and enormous lobby. Very welcoming person at check in, and very quick and easy check out.
Room was ok, enough place.
Breakfast was incredible big, and easy to find a place to sit, although there was a convention going on, there were place for everybody.
There is coffee to order too.
Although there are not lots of choices at breakfast, is just ok.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wären die Betten besser würde ich definitiv wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gut klimatisiertes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage Nähe der Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider sehr weich und in der Mitte etwas durchgelegen. Von der Tiefgarage führte nur ein sehr kleiner Aufzug in die Lobby.

Very nice Hotel
Pros:

The room's size is great, bed was super comfy. I had a room with a full view to grassalkovich Palace, that was excellent.
All the staff were courteous and helpful.
Breakfast had wide variety and was very good.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom:
1. The sink is large and beautiful but there was really short and low faucet so you need to bend over it every time, not comfortable...
2. The shower has a very small handle to turn on the water. It was impossible to turn it on again when showering and with soap on my hands.
3. There is apparently a scale problem in Bratislava because the water had a bad smell and the shower faucet and pipes were scummed. I would expect the hotel to replace them before reaches this condition.
