Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and extremely soft. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was good though.

It was not shared that there was a convenience store or area to purchase. I had a headache and didn't realize I could buy meds until the next day when I logged out. There wasn't a refreshment machine available

I did not stay for breakfast, as I left the hotel early.

Cons:

The AC vents were not clean, which negatively affected my allergies. I experienced frequent sneezing and discomfort throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep.
