My room specifically was very smelly

The rooms had a very odd smell to it almost like mildew. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in so it took a while for our drink to get cool.

The manager, Amir Patel is rude and a liar. The food, they microwave the scrambled eggs, and tastes like rubber. People who work there seem bitter and unhappy. Probably not properly paid. The broken phone, THE FRONT LOBBY DOORS THAT DONT STAY OPEN, the non working computer in the business room for two days, the smell and mildew, the lack of a person at the front desk most of the time, the stained carpeting, the fact that the manager lied and said he called me to let me know he wasn't going to rent to me for another week when he didn't AND LIED ABOUT WHY HE MADE this decision, and he gave me a half hour to move but trespassed me, so I hired people through Karin Hauenstein who met at a city council meeting a few days before to move a full van full of belongings out. Luis, the maintainance man moved 4 cart loads of my and my friends into the room and refused a tip. He was the most kind person there.

Having to move under an impossible deadline, and being trespassed from this moldy hotel. I frantically called a woman I met at a city council meeting on Monday. Karin Hauenstein. The man who moved me put heavy things on top of light things and created chaos in order to rob me. The van was robbed of a rare silver and 200 y o coin collection thatchad been in my family for 3 generations, and bags and jewelry boxes were ransacked. Supposedly with a housekeeper watching them. Perhaps the hotel stole my jewelry and purse and prescription glasses? Mr. Patel would not speak with me. He said I could call his lawyer. Sounds like he's used to having issues with his hotel.
.This lie by Amir Patel that I was selling tomatoes to guests when I was giving them away cost me over to $33 000 dollars not to mention sentimental value and to add insult to injury, it was my mother's Heavenly 88 birthday and her gold jewelry was also stolen.

Huele fatal todo el hotel y no funciona el wifi

Selbst 1 Stern ist für dieses Haus zuviel. Ins Zimmer gekommen, äußerst übler feuchter Geruch. Teppich mit Löchern, Bürostuhl-Bezug komplett kaputt. Betten sehr unbequem. Am nächsten Morgen an den Beinen Ausschlag gehabt. Hotel voller mexikanischer Erntehelfer, die ihre Freizeit auf den Fluren verbringen. Und um das Kapitel dieses Motels vollständig zu machen: Frühstück einfach komplett ersatzlos gestrichen, obwohl bezahlt (angeblich Personalmangel).

房间里味道很难闻，装修很破旧，一个椅子上的外皮全部脱落， 房间里的锁坏掉了，不能从房间里上锁，后来拍照片跟前台要求换了一间房间。 Wi-Fi特别差，房间内几乎用不了Wi-Fi。 预定时网站显示早餐包括的， 在check in的时候跟前台确认前台也说有早餐的，可是第二天早上起来去吃早餐却发现没有早餐，问前台前台只会说对不起今早没早餐，也没人和解决方案…。很糟糕的一次居住体验…

La camera non era adeguatamente pulita, capelli e cotton fioc usato nel letto e aveva un odore sgradevole di muffa (cosi come il resto della struttura).
Nella struttura si trovavano ospitate delle persone che tenevano comportamenti sgradevoli, molti di loro sdraiati a terra nei corridoi apparentemente ubriachi o in stato di alterazione.
La reception, informata della questione, non è intervenuta in alcun modo.
Non ci sentivamo sicuri, nè minimamente a nostro agio e, senza alcun rimborso proposto, abbiamo dovuto trovare una soluzione alternativa.
