Pros:

Gute Lage und Parkplatzmöglichkeiten in den Nebenstraßen. Zimmer war günstig.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer gingen 2 von 3 Tisch bzw. Bettlampen nicht. Das Bett bzw. die Matrazen waren extrem weich und nicht komfortabel.

praktisch mit gutem Frühstück

- Frühstück und das Personal beim Frühstück
- Spontane Umbuchung des Zimmers unserer Mitreisenden

Cons:

- Das bestellte Babybett entsprach keinen modernen Standards
- Der Mitarbeitende am Empfang war ca 45 Minuten nicht in der Lage den Feueralarm auszuschalten. Sehr ärgerlich, da auch keine echten Informationen transparent gemacht wurden.

Pros:

The location of the hotel at westendstraße is really good because it’s in the heart of the city with decent connections via Ubahns and buses but also a lot cleaner and safer than Bahnhofvierteil.

But the best was the rooms. The architecture and decor was lovely! I loved the old style decor with floral colours ,paintings and proper wooden furniture. It was also very spacious too.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet too expensive.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage für uns, zu Fuß ins Senckenberg Museum und zum Experiminta. Für uns Granate. Großes Zimmer. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber komfortabel. Parken unter dem Hotel. Kommunikation vorab ein bisschen sperrig über Booking, vor Ort aber top, insbesondere am nächstem Morgen. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Kleinstes und engstes Hotel-Tiefgarage in der ich je geparkt habe, das war selbst mit dem Golf ne Challenge und ich parke sehr gut ;) man sollte auf jeden Fall vorher anrufen und nachfragen, ob frei ist.
