Lage Top, Zimmer Flop
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und die Mitarbeiter die tagsüber vor Ort waren, waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Schwarzschimmel a den Fenstern, Risse in der Couch, Flecken und Macken im Tisch & kaputtes Bett. Bei Bitte um ein neues Zimmer, die Info, dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht sind und sie ja keinen Gast für mich aus dem Zimmer werfen können, damit ich ein neues Zimmer bekomme. Preislich bestimmt eher bei den günstigeren aber selbst das ist zu teuer. Die 4-Sterne Bewertung ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel

Pros:

Personal außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und klassisch eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten und die Terasse modern und bei Sonnenschein ein Traum. Immer wieder toll hier zu sein.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte zu Fuss ins Centrum gehen, U-Bahn ist aber auch in der Nähe, das Zimmer war groß, sehr nett war Christian vom Empfang, er hat uns alles erklärt und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein Parkplatz kostenlos auf der Straße gefunden. Das Frühstück war ok.

Pros:

Airconditioning in the room, a piano in the lobby, a sumptuous breakfast in a garden, right in central Frankfurt, and free parking! All of that plus super professional staff at reception and at breakfast

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too soft for me but still ok
