Pros:

excellent emplacement, à deux pas des Galeries et de plusieurs stations de métro. Le personnel est très aimable et fait tout son possible pour rendre service aux clients.

Cons:

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables et le petit-déjeuner est assez sommaire.
Le rapport qualité-prix pas correct.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is pretty good. The 24*7 hotel desk was nice. Bathtub is a plus.

Cons:

Be prepared to be awoken with the metro every five minutes. You can hear and *feel* the metro. If you were unlucky enough to get one of the older rooms, be prepared to suffer as the AC barely works. Thankfully I was moved to a newer room after day one. However, I had booked a double room but I was provided two single beds joined together (without a top mattress). It was incredibly uncomfortable. I asked the staff twice to change it. The first time they apologized and told me they would replace it but the next time they said that that is how double rooms were. This was a blatant lie as the first room had a proper double bed. I was unhappy with the whole experience, especially given the price.

Horrible, dont recommed. Too old and expensive for what they offer.

My bathroom had a problem, they dindt fix it. I was unable
To use it for one night. They didnt have any other rooms, and the offered a breakfast coupon to compensate.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía 33 grados, única solución un artefacto portátil que solo hacía ruido y no enfriaba la habitación.
En el check in no nos advirtieron que no funcionaba el aire, como para decidir ir a otro hotel, obraron con mala fe.
El ascensor cuando llegamos no funcionaba, tuvimos que subir nosotros las valijas.
