Horrible, dont recommed. Too old and expensive for what they offer.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía 33 grados, única solución un artefacto portátil que solo hacía ruido y no enfriaba la habitación.
En el check in no nos advirtieron que no funcionaba el aire, como para decidir ir a otro hotel, obraron con mala fe.
El ascensor cuando llegamos no funcionaba, tuvimos que subir nosotros las valijas.

Ottimo compromesso tra comodità e prezzo nel cuore di Parigi!

Il punto forte è la posizione. Ho viaggiato con tutta la famiglia , eravamo in 7. L’hotel, oltre a stare a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro, si trova in una via ricca di locali per la colazione/pranzo/cena e supermarket. A 5 minuti a piedi dall’Operá. Staff molto gentile. La stanza offriva tutto il necessario .

Cons:

Struttura da rinfrescare , old stile. Ma non troppo.

Hotel trop bruyant aux étages inférieurs

Le personnel agréable et la situation géographique.

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé sous un passage de métro, ce qui occasionne un bruit très important toutes les 2 à 3 minutes. Une chambre spacieuse m’avait d’abord été attribuée au premier étage, mais le niveau sonore rendait impossible tout travail ou repos.

Après échange avec le personnel de l’accueil, il m’a été indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible. Ce n’est qu’après insistance et demande de changement, avec mention d’un recours possible auprès de Booking, qu’une chambre m’a finalement été proposée au 5e étage, effectivement moins bruyante, mais beaucoup plus petite.

J’avais payé pour une chambre de catégorie supérieure ; pour obtenir simplement du calme, j’ai du me resoudre à une chambre standard au prix de la catégorie supérieure. Je ne passerai désormais plus par Booking pour mes prochaines réservations, car je me sens à chaque fois lésé. C’est regrettable de constater un tel manque d’honnêteté de la part de certains hôteliers aujourd’hui.
