Categories

Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews report stained carpets, marks on sheets and generally poor housekeeping; cleanliness is a clear negative.
Service
8.5
Staff repeatedly described as helpful and friendly, though reception hours were noted as limited in one review.
Location
9.5
Many reviews praise the location (near the Medina, souk, Hassan II Mosque, marina and close to airport); location is a major strength.
Room Quality
5
Rooms often reported as old, some with non-working air conditioning, and occasional noise from renovations — room condition is below average.
Amenities
5.5
Mixed: free/nearby covered parking and breakfast available, but several mentions of no working AC, no TV in some rooms and weak Wi‑Fi.
Value for Money
4.9
At least one review explicitly states the price is disproportionate to the quality; given cleanliness and room issues, value is weak.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is described positively in multiple reviews (rich and varied); food/beverage is a relative positive.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are mixed but several guests highlight a very good stay due to location and staff; balanced into a positive overall experience.
