Pros:

It was nice. It needs some updating. There was no soap in the room at all. I loved that they left bags of water like a doggy bag for people who left early before breakfast. Breakfast was good.

Could be better
Pros:

Nice clean place, comfy beds

Cons:

The breakfast they offer. Eggs were nasty and area where they keep uutensils many spoons people were mixing in the used with the good ones and my son accidentally ate from a used spoon. There response was giving him a plastic spoon.

Overall, I would stay here again, but some things need to be tweaked
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were exceptionally kind.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was absolutely horrid. Powdered eggs, just don’t cut it, especially in the south. And the butter was frozen, which doesn’t help when you’re trying to spread it on a bagel.

Great place to stay!!
Pros:

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. I needed a different blanket and the girl running the front desk, Hayley went and got me several blankets for my son. That is exceptional service. Then we checked out and my daughter thought she lost her phone in the room. I called in and spoke to another amazing front desk clerk, CJ and they offered to go look for it. Then they called me back to see if she knew where she might have left it in the room. We will definitely be going back.

Maybe move on to Blacksburg instead
Pros:

Watch out for inaccurate information regarding breakfast times.

Other than that I probably would NOT stay here again.

Great,quiet and clean!
Pros:

Super impressed that the kitchen opened early!!! I know it was for the airline crew but we were able to get more than just coffee. On the road before 6 am!!!

Pros:

I've had great experiences with this particular Hyatt, and this time was no exception. My status wasn't recognized, but the guacamole they had at breakfast more than made up for that minor inconvenience!

Unpleasant experience at Hyatt
Pros:

Room was not ready
Receptionist gave improper excuses and said ‘it happens’
There were many customers waiting for a room and the receptionist made comments like ‘we had a full house and a number of staff didn’t turn up for work. That’s not the customers’ problem. Even the apology felt false. I will try to avoid using Hyatt hotels since there was no effort made to provide us with compensation. There were 9 in our group and we each booked a room. Room was ready only after 5pm.

Pros:

The room is not clean, when we entered there are still trash on the floor. The tissue is not replaced and there is an empty tissue box. We asked for another room but they said the hotel is fully booked.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Room was not as described. There was no sofa, microwave or wet bar, no closet door, scratched paint on bathroom door. I arrived in the evening after driving all day and was too tired to ask for another room. Bed was comfortable and the tv worked so I decided not to request a room change.
Breakfast was fine and room was clean - those were the positives

Pros:

New rooms, very clean- exceptional breakfast. The attendant at breakfast was amazing- everything was fresh, coffee hot.

Pros:

Everything. Breakfast selection was amazing, rooms were clean and plenty of space. No worries about anything! Quietest hotel i stayed at.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, made my back ache. But thats my only thing.

An excellent experience!
