It was a pleasure to stay here. We would do so again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Such welcoming people! We were made to feel right at home. The greeter could not have been more helpful. She is amazing! A small room key problem was quickly and effectively solved.
The rooms were large and well equipped. Plenty of towels and toiletries. A large effective fridge. Great showers.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of variety and great value.

Nothing.

Great place, great location, highly recommend.
Pros:

This is a top choice for overnight stays when we are in Branson. It's always very clean the staff are friendly. This time we had a recliner in our room, which was excellent.

I liked the location and the staff! It's less than 15 min away from Silver Dollar City. Samantha was at the front desk when we checked in and she was very welcoming and kind. The staff in general were warm and hospitable.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress was very springy and the sheets weren't the nicest quality. Also, I requested maid service, but the housekeeper only emptied the tiny trash bin in the bathroom and replaced a few towels. Wish the would've emptied both trash bins and tidied up the room even just a little.

We were very happy with our stay and will return later in the year for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Ask for a room close to the elevator so my husband wouldn't have to walk a long ways to our room because of health and they gave us a room a couple of doors from the elevator. When we were in our room the volume on the remote would not work so I went down to the desk and told the woman in charge and she came back to the room with me and corrected the problem for us. Everyone was really nice on the desk. We have stayed with them before and we really enjoy our stay so we keep going back.

Great value and location. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good as well. The chocolate chip cookies on arrival was also an added bonus
