room was incredible it was our wedding night and they had placed petals in shape of a heart on the bed with baloons and candles all over the bedroom and living area. we were totally overwhelmed. Thank you so so much

Simply the best hotel I have stayed in London for years ( and I visit one a month )
Pros:

Property was stunning .Central , chic, superbly equipped ,along with the most professional and genuinely engaging staff . It was our wedding the next day , near to the hotel and we couldn’t have been treated any better .

Cons:

Absolutely Nothing .. it is our new go to London hotel

Pros:

My room 634 was nice and spacious. I enjoyed the fruit and drinks that were set up upon my arrival. Martin and the staff were gracious and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for the rooms, the amenities, the location, and most of all the staff.
