Adequate accommodation for a one night stay.
Pros:

The location and the pickleball court. The bed was comfortable and there were reading lamps on both sides of the bed

Cons:

The rooms are small compared to other hotel suites we have stayed at. There was a very long black hair stuck to the shower floor (neither of us have long black hair) and the floor corners outside the shower were full of black something (very gross). There are no exit signs on the third floor and there is no sign outside the elevator indicating what direction the room numbers go. It is necessary to go the first floor from the third floor to get ice.

It’s a nice place but it has a excellent rating and it is not excellent

The staff was kind

Cons:

It’s not very clean. The elevator was dirty, the carpet in the rooms was old and dirty. I had to ask for toilet paper because only had a 1/4 of a roll and no extra one in the rooms,I had to ask for a hairdryer for one is not in the room. This hotel rule and we only clean the room. Every three days is ridiculous. I pay a lot to stay in the room. I should at least have my carpet vacuumed every day and fresh coffee stocked up for each day. Along with toilet paper. One shouldn’t even have to ask for that.

Pleasure to stay there
Pros:

Helpful, friendly desk clerk. Nice, comfortable room. Grassy areas for our dog. Good breakfast. Attached restaurant with TO. Convenient to freeway access. No negatives.

Beautiful lobby, adequate breakfast, rooms very nice.

Cons:

One shower appeared to be poorly cleaned, but the day manager was working to compensate for it by the next morning.
