Good stay in the heart of Genova
Pros:

Staff were great and went out of their way to show me other rooms when I found my original room too noisy with traffic noise. Comfortable bed and clean room and linens. Room was spacious and air con worked great. Fantastic location where everything was walkable.

Cons:

Room was a little noisy especially in the morning when cleaning crew would start rolling their carts around between 8-8.30 so difficult to sleep in. It would have been nice to have the option via a door tag to not require cleaning every day. I did use the do not disturb sign in the morning but the cleaners were ready to rush into the room as soon as I stepped out of the door making me feel rushed in the mornings.

Pros:

Charming traditional hotel in great location. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We loved the bar - a huge shout out to cocktail magician barman Ivan.

Pros:

Le fait d'arriver et d'avoir un hôte qui parle le français. La propreté de l'hôtel la discrétion. L'hôtel est magnifique. L'emplacement est ces boutiques sur place. Deux agents de sécurité au Top à l'entrée toujours un sourire. ❤

Cons:

Le parking dehors ! Pas évident de trouver une place.
