Very nice architecture and rooms - have the renaissance Italian palace style.

Cons:

Only downside is no iron in the rooms and they wouldn’t provide it! Not what I’d expect from a 5 star. Otherwise nice staff, good breakfast and clean, quiet rooms

Bel hôtel plein de charme , très bon restaurant à prix vraiment modéré
Personnel bon , voiturier, emplacement idéal pas besoin de la voiture durant le séjour

Cons:

Manque peignoir dans la salle de bain , dommage pour un établissement de ce luxe . Manque antidérapant dans la douche .

Pros:

We had a big, elegant room with two balconies and a side view of Piazza Ferrari. Great location. Breakfast is also excellent. It’s a very elegant hotel, although an old hotel but well maintained.

Cons:

Service is a bit slow at breakfast. We had to wait 25 minutes to get our drinks.

Das Hotel ist nahe der traditionellen Altstadt gelegen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Lauf Nähe zur nächsten Metro – Station De Ferrari. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, freundlich und polyglott. Das Hotel ist klassisch eingerichtet mit einem barocken Stil im Interieur. Sie geben auf Wunsch auch Restaurant – Empfehlungen. Sie waren auch so freundlich, mein Faltrad in Verwahrung zu nehmen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fand ich mit dem Aufpreis zu dem gesondert zu entrichtenden Zimmerpreis etwas überzogen.
