A Great start to our stay in Genoa
Pros:

We were greeted as soon as we pulled up to the hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Everything from the lobby to our room was clean. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the terrace section.

Excellent séjour dans un établissement de qualité.
Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel de l'hôtel en plein centre-ville, son caractère début XXème et sa parfaite rénovation, la qualité de l'accueil et le service de voiturier, son excellent petit déjeuner, les très belles surfaces des chambres, d'autant que nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement.

Pros:

Wat een uitstekende gastvrijheid en luxe. We hebben een gratis upgrade van de kamer gekregen nadat ze wisten dat het onze viering van ons huwelijk was.

De kamers zijn iets gehorig (maar dat is logisch want het is een prachtig oud pand)

Staff was very polite

Cons:

Breakfast hot options were cold. Scrabble eggs were from powder
Coffee was served and in a busy time it wasn't enough.
There was no iron in the room nor in the reception only one steamer for the whole hotel.
We asked for breakfast box and the recetionist asked what we want. But in the morning we got only same fruuts and juice :/
Also in the barhroom there was a bit of mold next to the tub

We traveled all around Italy, Hotel and Bristol Palace was my favorite hotel during my trip.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a lot of selections. The hotel restaurant was beautiful and elegant, and dinner was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was in the heart of everything.

Cons:

My only wish was that you had small washcloths to use in the shower, since most Americans use them. Some European hotels have them.
