Convenient, comfortable, affordable
Pros:

Very conveniently located, easy walk from Central Railway Station.
When booking, I asked for either a “disabled access” bathroom, or, at the very least, a shower chair. When I checked in, I was told that there wasn’t a shower chair, YET, but the manager went out and bought a brand, spanking, new one, and sat it in my bathroom while I was out to dinner. I was very impressed by his thoughtfulness

Great value room for fantastic location
Pros:

Really great sized room, good amenities. Very quiet in the room even though we were next to the elevator shaft, wasn't a problem.

Cons:

Very visibly tired and not the most clean but it was good enough.

The breakfast menu was extensive and varied and staff very polite.
Location was very good for public transport and eating places.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast food (eggs, bacon etc) was COLD and not kept warm in the bain-marie.

Simple reception, convenient, quiet, and comfortable.
Pros:

The location suited us - close to Central where we arrived and departed. Check-in was easy and staff pleasant. Room was spacious and quiet.

Cons:

The public areas were quite 'tired' looking, and carpets threadbare and very worn in places. The room was thus a pleasant surprise.

Pros:

Great location opposite Central Station and Railway Square. Spacious room and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The common areas could be cleaner. Eg lifts and corridors.
