Location was great being Right across the road from the Casino
The rooms were very small, bathroom was tiny
The bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Even if there was a working area the common spaces were safe and clean. I ll come back surely as i ll return to Brisbane.
Central location
The staff on arrival were dismal and inattentive, short, bordering on rude. Night duty staff were terrific even through the fire alarm episode. Breakfast not being served until 7.30am is disappointing to be able to start the day.

Reception staff were helpful to your needs, perfectly located with a great an excellent breakfast offering with exceptional service.
Hotel was going through an upgrade, even so, the room had been perfectly cleaned.As long as you explore during the day, it shouldn't be a problem with noise.
It’s crazy to pay over$160 a night but have no body wash.
The hotel attendant said that there was no body wash in this hotel. I found it hard to believe! Is body wash really that expensive?

The location was in the CBD, 5 mins walk to Queens Mall where I wanted to visit, which made it perfect! My room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The front desk staff were always nice.
There was no laundry service in the hotel - I don't like travelling with dirty laundry so not being able to do laundry at the hotel was very disappointing! Also, having only one huge shower head in the bathroom meant washing your hair literally every time you take a shower unless you wear a shower cap - didn't like that.
Nothing, it was off putting from the moment I arrived and walked through the plywood reception door

The location
The bed felt like a rock and had a hard ridge in the middle, regardless of construction the level carpets had not been cleaned during our stay, tv could not connect to anything smart (could not connect to the wifi), construction started before the time listed on booking.com (closer to 6am), limited amenities, no windows that can open for fresh air (avoid if you have allergies to dust alike myself)

Location to CBD,transport and quiet .look forward to see the upgrades completed.Price was good and affordable.
