Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et accueillant. On a la possibilité de laisser nos bagages si on arrive à l'avance et aussi si on part aprés.

Pros:

Hotel's undergoing major renovations and should be shut down until completed. These renovations have been going on for some time and this stay was worse.

Cons:

Staying in a hotel that is going through a major renovation and with zero compensation given with the price of stay.

Pros:

Not a great experince- we both are disabled with respiratory and POTs issues- the windows are BOLTED shut with no airflow, ANY / ALL breakfast is NOT included ($10-$20?? we were under the assumption that at least the cereal and milk would be free- considering theyre out in view at reception). The only good thing about these rooms was the TV (which still had some problems casting from our phones). Would not reccomned this place if you need fresh air and privacy.
As a side note on privacy- i have medications that can get quite pungent among opening the bottle- reception was very quick to do a whole floor "room check" because someone smelt it through our door?). Seems like they only accommodate for healthy, active and out of the room adventurer people. Location was pretty good tho.

I would definitely stay again. I like to visit Brisbane at least once or twice a year.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely, it was in a perfect Brisbane CBD location with everything around you.
The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was great too.
Smart TV was very convenient

Cons:

I wouldn’t say the reception was rude, but wasn’t exactly welcoming either.
