Great location, great value, exceptional customer service.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff - they went out of their way to return an item left behind! Good value for price. Great location.

Cons:

Noise is worth considering - but this was expected so I am not deducting points for this as they are undergoing renovations.

Do you think the standard presented should be paid at full price- when it’s a construction site.
Pros:

Not given wi fi details. Property under renovation- dusty dirty and really should be discounted for the condition of the property.

Cons:

Dust, dirty and construction mats everywhere, no wi fi no seating in foyer.

Hotel is busy with renovations. Place looks bad, smells bad. Was not mentioned anywhere that this was the case. Parking is horrible.

The staff was friendly and tried to assist. Location was good

Cons:

First allocated room 1002, carpet very dirty and had many stains, we were moved to 1103 where the carpet had stains and was damaged, slightly better state. twin Beds very small and sagged in the middle, uncomfortable. Shower only had a trickle water with no power, difficult to get wet.
Parking was in a very small garage full of cars of workmen and stuff for renovation, we needed to pay $60 for 2 days for a really difficult to get in garage due to all the stuff and areas blocked off.
Hotel overpriced for the state it is in, and to charge also for parking is outrageous

I had a delightful stay — I’ll be back!
Pros:

Superb location, beautiful room and an incredibly comfortable bed. The recent renovation and upgraded fit-out look fantastic — congratulations to your team. My room was excellent, and the staff were delightful and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Thank you — I’ll definitely be back.

Cons:

Not a complaint at all — I appreciated being kept informed about the renovations beforehand, and they did not affect my stay.

Convenient and comfortable

The staff rock! They were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was so comfy! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in the City and conveniently located. I was happy being there. Thank you for reading my feedback!

Location was great and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable, a lot of building debris and ust was present around the main foyer, I understand there's renovations but they could do a much better job of containing the works and cleaning as they go.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

It was a great location, with a beautiful view of the river from my room. The rooms are MASSIVE! There was so much space. Because there were renovations, there were not as many facilities available/signed. I loved the touch pads to notify the staff whether you want the room cleaned. It was a great touch; I hope more hotels use them in the future. I would stay again, especially once the renovations are complete.

Cons:

Again, the renovations. It cannot be helped because they are updating the hotel. I know the hotel will look even better post-renovations, so I would watch this space!

Molt còmode. Molt ben situat.
Pros:

Habitació molt ampla.
El bany estava reformat, tot i que era una mica petit, pero agradable.
L’habitació conserva coses més antigues, com les portes i altres són molt noves, com el control de la calefacció.
El llit era molt confortable.
Esta súper ben situat, a prop de tot, però relativament allunyat del soroll de bars i dels comerços turístics.

Cons:

El lobby estava en obres, pero havien avisat, així w no va ser un problema. Des del pis 8 no vaig sentir cap soroll.
