Pros:

It was close to the station and buses and all stores, very convenient location for anyone visiting short term and need access to shops and transport. Also the staff were very helpful with checking me in at 10am for a small fee rather than waiting til 2pm as we had got off the Syd train at 4am and were waiting around the streets extremely tired.

Familiar hotel for me and location is ideal
Pros:

Stayed before so felt familiar.
Location is fantastic.
Size of hotel gives a select service.
Staff were all very welcoming and accomodating.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like- although renovations were happening, it was understandable that front reception was temporary. But was reinstated in original position on day of our checkout

Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff friendly and price ok.

Cons:

Felt tired and in need of new everything. Bathrooms were clearly new but rest of the room felt old. Ongoing renovation didn't help. Room was clean but noisy aircon and sheets had seen better days. Breakfast was boring and had to take a card given to you at check in to prove you had paid for breakfast which felt primative and patronising.
