Awful service in restaurant, not welcoming, staff talking and having fun with each other

Dirty pool with insects

Cons:

A lot of bites of infects, all body is covered of it after your property!!! Never go
Room has open bathroom so you will always have insects in your room, such a stupid idea to construct hotel this way

Lovely, relaxing getaway! Service was very good upon arrival. The pools provided a wellness circuit of sauna , steam rooms and cold plunge pools ending with a jacuzzi.
