Pool and spa are amazing. Room was very beautiful and comfortable. Reception was extremely kind. Food is great.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mitten im Grünen. Freundliches Personal und hochwertige Qualität der Speisen. Die Grand Master Suite ist mega mit eigenem Pool und tollem Blick.
Der Kellner Luis Alfredo ist ein Original - klasse Typ
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Zimmer nicht „dicht“ sind. Sprich, wenn Du Licht einschaltest, gibt es keinen Halt mehr für Mücken, Falter usw. Es ist sicherlich dem Konzept „so nah an der Natur wie möglich“ geschuldet, aber trotz Mückenschutz kannst du etliche Stiche nicht vermeiden.

The breakfast is not a buffet, is absolutely not the level of this hôtel. Regular bread (no bio, no without gluten), heavy food, nothing diet and light. i was very sick the first day.
The night menu is the same.
In this place, we just need amazing salad, bio food, vegetables.

Beautiful hotel set in the middle of nature with stunning architecture and a very peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and local products. A special thank you to Luis at breakfast for his kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality, he made every morning even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa is absolutely outstanding: we especially enjoyed the swimming pools, the sauna, the hammam and the massages. In fact, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Colombia’s coffee region.

Excellent hotel! The location is incredible, nestled between the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest. Our suite had everything we needed, and the minibar was well stocked with good snacks and drinks.
The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, with the water at a very comfortable temperature. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.
We will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything—you have an incredible hotel!
