Excellent Stay
Pros:

A+ stay. Room was awesome, great size, comfy bed, great shower. Grounds are so well maintained, great lobby and lounge. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best ive had daily. Staff was all superb. Location is perfect to explore the city. True 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

A great hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

A fantastic historic building with amazing rooms and a excellent pool. Try the signature Surabaya Sling cocktail. Great breakfast with superb coffee. Very kind, helpful staff: especially at the reception.

Prachtig hotel met respect voor de historie.
Pros:

Prachtige historische plek met rijke geschiedenis. Zeer centraal gelegen. Prachtige kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is geweldig. Prijzen liggen wat hoger maar maar prima in vergelijking met Nederlandse prijzen.

Uitstekend hotel in koloniale stijl.
Pros:

We had such a great time again in this beautiful hotel. The atmosphere, the staff, the restaurant, the pool, and the location were all fantastic again. Special thanks to Yogi and Novita. So helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Everything. This is my go to in Surabaya. I didn't stay this time. My wife stayed with her friend. They both loved it. I gave review this hotel many times. Please read my other reviews for details. If you like old world, art deco, beautiful furnishings, great facilities, lovely efficient staff, great location then this is the only place in town.
