Important information:

- The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on 3/11/2025, 5/1/2026, 2/3/2026, 4/5/2026, 6/7/2026, 7/9/2026 and 2/11/2026 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.

- In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025, all hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and the Club Oasis.

Parking regulations:
− Enjoy free parking one car per room during stay
− For parking after check-out, an hourly fee of NT$70 will be charged

Club Oasis Fitness Center:
− Encompassing both indoor and outdoor facilities, Club Oasis Fitness Center is located on the 5th floor and is completed with the latest fitness equipment, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool.
− Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna.
− Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
− The fitness center opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
− Guests can use the room key to access the fitness center.
− Non-World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.

Oasis Spa:
− Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
− The spa center opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
− The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.

Nice stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Taipei
Pros:

We had a good, not amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt. The location was fantastic being close to the Taipei 101. The service was ok - I don't think anyone ever asked if we needed any help or if we needed anything but it wasn't bad by any means. Our connecting rooms were fine, decently clean but a bit dated. The rates were very good and fair for April. Prior to arriving, many online raved about the breakfast and there were certainly lot of choices. The food was good but it was hectic every morning. The hotel is large and so they get many business travelers, vacationers, and I'm sure many Hyatt point members. I felt I was dodging people every time I went to get something. In summary, I don't have any critical feedback but I also don't have much to rave about except the location. If you are looking for a nice place, fairly price and don't expect all the amenities, service of a 5 star hotel, then the Grand Hyatt is worth checking out.

Staff On Point
Pros:

Excellent check-in experience by Jessie. She was kind enough to send up a welcome gift for my special occasion. The rooms are spacious and we had a view of Taipei 101 although it was difficult to see the top. I wish the hotel had an observation level to view it at night. The bathroom was excellent with a walk-in rainhead shower and Balmain products. It could do with privacy glass for the toilet and a fan in the bathroom. The pool was an odd shape and too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with an array of cuisines and the fruit was exceptional with the pineapple being the best I’ve had. Even though breakfast was extremely busy and chaotic the staff were incredibly efficient and attentive. Elsie the floor manager took the time to ask how everything was going.
The Grand Hyatt was located about 20minutes from downtown which would not suit everyone. It is right next to a Starbucks and the shops at Taipei 101.
The staff were the standout at this property.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location, right in downtown core with direct connection to TWTC and Taipei 101. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety and good quality. Will go back in the future and recommend to my friends.

Overpriced Hotel
Pros:

Overrated, not value for money. Room size is average, no balcony but price is around 450 USD. Price shouldn't be more than 200USD.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık
Pros:

kahvaltı salonundaki personelin , karşılama ve giderken kapıda görev alan personelin ve otel konaklamamız sırasında tüm personelin yaklaşımı, dialogları ve yardımseverliği mükemmeldi. Odaların ses geçirmemesi , genel olarak otelin huzurlu ve düzenli olması da sevdiğimiz yönler. Ayrıca kongre merkezine yakınlığı da çok güzel bir özellikti.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda peynir çeşitlerinin olmaması , bizim açımızdan sorun oluşturdu. Türk gruplarda özellikle kahvaltıda peynir çeşitleri domates ve salatalık kahvaltı menüsüne eklenmesini önereceğim.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed at Grand Hyatt for 4 nights and we had good experience with the hotel. The location is very convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk was very kind and let us have an early check as our flight landed early morning. We definitely recommend this hotel to visitors
