Amazing staff - awesome suite!
Pros:

So close to everything at the battery! Amazing location for baseball games! And the staff was amazing. So welcoming and helpful!

Pros:

The check in staff was fabulous the proximity to the stadium was great. The day time front desk crew is amazing.

Cons:

The room smelled like mold/musty closed up room. Every time you left and return the smell comes back strong as you walk in.

Then I returned home tonight, and I called the front desk at 10:30pm because I left something in the room. It was not cheap and the person basically said we didn’t get anything called tomorrow morning and brush brushed me off.

Night front desk person who was younger in age than the usual front desk personnel appear to only want to do minimal unl
Pros:

Location perfect and walking distance to Truist park.

Cons:

Property was perfect and would have given perfect score until I checked out. Check out on 8/30/26 at 6a. leaving me with a negative impression when dealing with front desk person who seemed to be unwilling to assist further with finding an answer to my question of concern.

Disappointing. Below my expectations, which generally aren't high.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Buffet based on hotel capacity, which is strange since I paid for each day. The location is Excellent.

Cons:

Front desk staff, a bit rude and unaccomodating. The hotel is terribly out dated, especially for the rate we paid. We will go back to Battery Atlanta, however given the the price similarity, we will stay at the Omni from now on. We attend the Battery many times per year as my wife and I are Braves and Dream fans.

Good location. The hotel itself needs updating.
Pros:

The location as we went to a few braves games and were able to walk.

Cons:

The pool was very dated and the cleanliness of our room. Our shower didn’t drain properly and in turn that made the shower floor very slippery.
