Pros:

Ottima posizione adiacente al centro città.

Cons:

Specchio del bagno in camera rovinato.

Pros:

Friendly staff on reception. Nice big window in room that actually opened!

Cons:

Not all lights worked. No fridge. Air con very noisy and not very effective. Only one lift working. Hotel generally feels quite tired. Tiny cups with no handles, no teaspoons or milk for tea and coffee - in fact provisions that way were very poor, yet we weren't allowed to bring a coffee back to the room from the coffee shop at reception. Towels not changed. Iron not in room - had to seek out ironing room on other floor - not practical with several items of clothing.

Comfortable Stay in Central Bordeaux
Pros:

Pretty standard chain hotel experience. The staff were friendly. There were comfortable public areas for sitting. There was a good storage space for bicycles.

Cons:

The area where the hotel is located is somewhat busy and congested, but there are nice neighborhoods within a few blocks.

Pros:

Breakfast fabulous
Staff were lovely

Cons:

For me, bed was too soft, I prefer a firmer mattress. We only had one pillow each and one spare for the room, would have liked an extra 1 pillow so 2 each
