Pros:

Nada em particular. a localização está a poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico mas o sitio é deprimente.

Cons:

Colchões extremamente duros e almofadas desconfortáveis. Nada repousante! O pequeno almoço é servido com alguma má vontade. Máquina de café avariada e quando foram buscar outra faltava 5 minutos para as 10h, hora que deixavam de servir o pequeno almoço e começaram a retirar tudo exatamente às 10h em ponto apesar de termos estado 20 minutos à espera do café. O espaço não é desagradável mas também não é interessante. A decoração é deprimente.

Ad esser buoni... uno scarso tre stelle!

La posizione comoda al centro, il ristorante è ottimo, la gentilezza dei vari staff (sia albergo che ristorante).

Cons:

Non è assolutamente un hotel a 4 stelle!!! la mia camera era datata e spartana con moquette e tende macchiate. In bagno solo sapone e nient'altro! Lavandino maleodorante , la luce della testata del letto non funzionante, frigorifero completamente vuoto. Ho dovuto richiedere al personale delle pulizie le ciabatte usa e getta per la camera. Alle quattro del pomeriggio la mia camera non era ancora stata rifatta.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Loved the water dispenser and absence of plastic bottles.
Well located with excellent access to public transport.
While I didn’t use the restaurant, I was impressed by reasonable prices.

Cons:

Room ok. Though a bit tight. Nothing in particular.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti al Novotel di Bordeaux e il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Hotel confortevole e ben curato, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di qualità. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del dispenser di acqua a disposizione degli ospiti, un servizio utile e attento alla sostenibilità.

Cons:

Unico aspetto negativo e, volendo, migliorabile, soprattutto considerando la categoria 4 stelle, l’assenza del bidet in bagno.

No tenía frigobar, algunas vajillas y cubiertos del desayuno estaban sucios, mal lavados, varios días observé este tema.

Goed gelegen hotel, ideaal als je met de wagen komt. Hygiëne kan beter.
Pros:

Locatie t.o.v. het stadscentrum dat op minder dan een half uur tevoet bereikbaar is. De rechtstreekse verbinding met de naastgelegen openbare parkeergarage is echt een pluspunt. Het bed was comfortabel. Aparte wc naast de badkamer.

Cons:

Vast tapijt in de gangen vol vlekken. Kamer rook niet echt fris. Slordige presentatie van het ontbijt, borden waren niet echt proper, ontbijtruimte is veel te klein. Roerei super kunstmatige brei, is daar wel een kip aan te pas gekomen?

The hotel does not deserved four stars. The great reviews on booking are misleading. Not clean.
Pros:

Great location a walking distance to city center and riverbank. Kevin was the only kind staff at the reception.

Cons:

Cleanliness was an issue. Room was not clean, carpets were old, smell coming from sink, only one elevator was working, breakfast was average.
