Definitely a 3 star, not a 4 star.
Pros:

Nice pool and good breakfast

Cons:

Dated. Bad WiFi. No plugs by the bed to charge phones, fixtures in room broken. Not allowed to turn aircon below 24 degrees!

Disturbed sleep
Pros:

Everything was perfect except for a noise that was going off outside the door from 130am

Cons:

A noise outside the room door that went off for 10min getting louder and louder from 130am and then went off and started again every 30 mins.

La colazione è migliorabile. mi aspettavo un buffet stile continental, invece c'erano poche cose a disposizione e il resto era da ordinare.. nonistante ciò , è una struttura che consiglio molto.

Won’t stay at any mercure hotels in future
Pros:

Cancelled our stay as we pulled up outside in a taxi , said it was overbooked and blamed booking.com , in reality when our flight was cancelled jetstar booked up all the rooms

快適で素敵な滞在
Pros:

快適で素敵な滞在になりました。清潔感のあるお部屋でベッドも心地よかったです。ミニキッチンも便利に使わせていただきました。スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で安心できました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

脱衣所とシャワールームの仕切りがなく、脱衣所まで濡れてしまうのが慣れなかったです。個人的にはあまり重要視していませんが、お部屋が綺麗なのに対し、廊下や外観の手入れが行き届いていない感じでした。

Enjoyable and relaxing being looked after well.
Pros:

The view. Location next to car hire and laundromat.

Cons:

The freezer didn’t work. We only seen the second fridge when we left as it was hidden in a cupboard. Nowhere to dry swimwear. No toaster.

wewe were disapointed in all with this hotel, the staff on reception were very good.
Pros:

there were no bedside lights in the room, huge problem, the breakfast was very diapointing as many things had run out and were not being replaced quickly so 1 brekki then bought our owm
