Berbat, Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
Pros:

Doğru insanlar tarafından yönetilmeyen, sorun esnasında muhatap bulamadığınız, koca oteli çok çok az kişi ile yönetmeye çalışan bir ekibin beğenilecek hiçbir yanı olamaz.

Cons:

Bu otelde check-out yaparken bagajlarımızı otelin bagaj odasına bıraktık. Uçuş saatimizden yaklaşık dört saat önce bagajlarımızı almak için geri döndüğümüzde, bagaj odasının bozulduğu ve içeri girilemediği söylendi. Böyle bir durumda Hotel Astoria’dan beklediğim, sorunu çözmek için kapıyı açtırmak veya gerektiğinde kapının kırılmasını göze alarak müşterisinin mağduriyetini önlemekti. Böylece hem biz mağdur olmazdık hem de Hotel Astoria’nın LuggageHero ile yaşadığı sorun çok daha kolay çözülebilirdi.

Ancak ne yazık ki işini ve kriz yönetimini iyi yapamayan kişiler tarafından yönetilen bir otel olduğu için bavullarımızı geride bırakmak ve uçağımıza yetişmek zorunda kaldık.

Bavullarımızın bize ulaştırılma süreci ise başlı başına büyük bir mağduriyete dönüştü. Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero arasındaki süreçte birçok kez iletişim kuramadık; maillerimize ve mesajlarımıza zamanında cevap verilmedi. Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero birbirini sorumlu tutarken, benim açımdan muhatap Hotel Astoria’dır. Müşterinin, otel ile hizmet aldığı bagaj firması arasındaki sorumluluk tartışmasının ortasında bırakılması kabul edilebilir değildir.

Üstelik süreç boyunca yeterli ve düzenli bilgilendirme yapılmadı ve bavulumuzun gönderilmesi gereğinden çok daha uzun sürdü. Daha da önemlisi, bavulumuzun içinden kargo kuralları gerekçe gösterilerek bazı kişisel eşyalarımız alıkonuldu. Parfüm, MagSafe şarj cihazı, deodorant ve bir şişe cin gibi birçok eşyamız bize geri gönderilmedi.

Yaşattıkları bu ciddi mağduriyeti gidermek veya telafi etmek için ise Hotel Astoria tarafından hiçbir somut çaba gösterilmedi. Bir otelden beklediğim en temel şey, özellikle böyle bir kriz anında sorumluluk almak, doğru iletişim kurmak ve mağdur edilen müşterisinin yanında olmaktır. Ne yazık ki bunların hiçbirini göremedik.

Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero arasındaki sorumluluk tartışması müşteriyi ilgilendirmez. Müşteri açısından önemli olan sorunun çözülmesi ve mağduriyetinin giderilmesidir.

Es war trotzdem gut. Restaurants in der Nähe.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich war der schmutzig. Es ist halt ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Den Preis fand ich schon sehr hoch für die Zimmer.

Intérieur surprenant un peu d'art déco.. petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre. Possibilité de prendre un thé ou un café broc mis à disposition.

Cons:

La situation est très bien car proche de la gare mais du coup devient un inconvénient par rapport au bruit (enfin sur un côté de lhotel) mais l'hôtel est très bien situé et permet de tout faire à pied..

Ils nous avaient donné une chambre toute petite et avec le lavabo de la salle de bain qui ne marchait pas bien. Ma fille a pris des photos et le réceptionniste nous a immédiatement changé la chambre sans nous fa de payer le surclassement

Situation idéale pour visiter Copenhague
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Copenhague. Gare juste à côté (liaison facile aéroport, possibilité de prendre le train pour s'éloigner un peu de la ville)
Literie hyper qualitative, petit-déjeuner sympa. Possibilité de boire du thé / café dans le hall, fruits à disposition.
Engagement écologique de l'hôtel qui ne fait pas le ménage tous les jours, sauf si on le demande. Pas de plastique dans l'établissement.
Bon rapport qualité prix... pour Copenhague !

Cons:

Isolation phonique pas au top... mais on s'en sort quand même ! Mobilier de la chambre un peu vieillot.

Really nice hotel in a great location. The kindness and politeness of the staff are outstanding.
Pros:

Fantastic location, just a 1minute walk from the main train station and a very short walk to other tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly and always greeting guests with a big smile. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The original features of the building are really interesting and add a lot of character to this lovely hotel. However, the place would benefit from some renovation, and having air conditioning would definitely be a great bonus.
