Staffs were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good

Breakfast excellent
Since it is located in the central station area, it was noisy but was provided with ear plugs and slept well, very convenient location

Cons:

Elevator did not work when we were checking out so brought the bags down the steps from the 3rd floor

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist sehr gut für Zugreisende, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so wie abgebildet!! Das Doppelzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer, das Doppelbett steht an zwei Seiten an der Wand, sodass eine Person nur mühsam aus dem Bett kriechen kann! Das Fenster im 1.Stock lässt sich nur wenige Zentimeter öffnen, es gibt nur einen Ventilator. Das Hotel ist zwar historisch, entspricht aber nicht dem heutigen Standard.

Needs sound proofing, but friendly staff in centre of the city.
Pros:

Right next to the main train station, so easy to get everywhere in the city and beyond. Good buffet breakfast selection. Friendly reception/bar staff. Historical features exhibited landed through signage.

Cons:

Very little sound proofing, the noise from the city outside and from within the hotel made it difficult to relax and sleep.

Aslaa temiz değildi.. biz iki oda konaklama yaptık… bir odanın çarşafları lekeliydi, diğer odanın lavabosu tıkalıydı… defalarca söyledğimiz halde aslaa yardımcı olunmadı

Det var et behageligt hotel, der lå perfekt i forhold til alt, med en lækker morgenmad.
Pros:

De var tæt på Ströget, Tivoli, Hop on Hop off-busser og togstationen. Det var en perfekt beliggenhed. Hotellets morgenmad var fremragende.

Cons:

Det eneste jeg ikke kunne lide var pigen der arbejdede om eftermiddagen/aftenen, som ikke forstod dansk, da hun arbejder som receptionist i Danmark.
