Overall it was alright .
Pros:

Location is great , close to the airport. And property is clean

Cons:

One od the queen size bed wasnt the greatest, it was too soft , and also the pillows was too soft .

Fantastic hotel with helpful staff and great facilities!
Pros:

Clean spacious room. Really helpful staff. Great facilities. Loved the powerful shower. Also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

No try img, but would have appreciated if the hotel could have held our luggage while we went to Niagara Falls as we were coming back to the hotel on Sunday.

Worst Stay Ever

Very Risky Location if you are staying there with an expensive vehicle

Cons:

I booked several rooms at Hyatt Place Toronto Mississauga so my children and their families could enjoy a few days together. Unfortunately, the stay ended on a very disappointing note.

On the final morning, my daughter and her family discovered that their pickup truck had been broken into and thieves had attempted to steal it by dismantling parts of the vehicle. They also attempted to access a second vehicle parked nearby. We immediately contacted the police, who attended the hotel and took statements.

What shocked us most was learning that the hotel has no exterior security cameras covering the parking lot. For a well known brand like Hyatt, this is extremely concerning, especially when guests leave their vehicles overnight. Without surveillance footage, the police had very little evidence to assist with their investigation.

We were also disappointed with the hotel's response. The staff showed little urgency or empathy during a very stressful situation, leaving us feeling unsupported. Afterward, we found reports from other guests describing similar vehicle thefts and break ins at this property, which made the lack of security even more concerning.

While the rooms were satisfactory, the absence of parking lot surveillance and the hotel's handling of the incident overshadowed the entire stay. If you are traveling with a newer or high value vehicle, I would think twice before staying here.
