Another good stay at a Hyatt
Pros:

Always a pleasant stay at a Hyatt, it was quiet and clean, breakfast was plentiful and a good parking lot

Cons:

Everything was fine but as with all hotels would love quieter room doors as a lot of people just let them slam shut

Very clean and decent value.
Pros:

The free breakfast had many options and there was ample seating. The free parking was good. The location was near businesses and restaurants, and reasonably near Toronto. The rate was not excessive. Very clean.

Cons:

The hotel allows pets and one morning a dog was barking constantly. There was construction on the street. There was no parking available at the nearest GO train station.
