Ótima estadia para família.
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã e ótima localização. Hotel muito agradável para ir com a família e ficar no microcentro de Buenos Aires. Aconselho a todos esse hotel.

Tudo. Estrutura, localização, limpeza, cordialidade dos funcionários e o tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Gostamos muito, mas dois pontos podem melhorar:
Os travesseiros e o café da manhã (todos os dias a mesma coisa e ficamos 5 noites).

Not what I was expecting for the price.
Pros:

It was close to my meeting, walkable. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The lobby is nice but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Everything, the elevators, halls, rooms. We were moved to another (more expensive) room after the sink in our first room was clogged and paid the difference to stay there the second night. Didn't want to risk going into another junior suite or other room and experiencing similar or other issues, especially after reading the reviews about bed bugs. The internet was atrocious in the more expensive room, and TVs (yes, more than one) didn't work properly. We were only there for two nights, so we just dealt with it. As a nomad traveler with an 8-year-old, I'm realizing more and more that hotels under $100 per night may no longer be a reasonable option.

Pros:

Cumpriu com as nossas expectativas. Nos surpreendeu que todos os dias o quarto era bem limpo, troca de tolhas, sempre em dia. Café da manhã bem bom. Voltaríamos. A localização é excelente. Fizemos quase tudo a pe.

Cons:

Faltou uma máquina de café disponível para tomar/comprar ao longo do dia dentro do próprio hotel.

Pros:

La habitación era amplia con muchas comodidades y la distribución era espectacular.
La climatización era bastante buena, pese a que fuera hacía frío y la atención fue muy buena.

Cons:

La conexión WiFi era inestable, pese a tener un repetidor WiFi cerca de la habitación.
Poca variedad en los desayunos buffet, aunque bien de cantidad.

Excelente estancia, la habitación familiar muy cómoda y amplia, buenísima ubicación y el personal siempre atento y servicial.

Cons:

Lamentablemente en el desayuno había una sola persona atendiendo lo que dificultaba el aseo de las mesas, retiro de los residuos y reposición de los alimentos.
