Veldig vakkert og flott hotell, men uten AC sov vi ikke godt i den slående sommervarmen. De har heldigvis planer om å få

Nydelig og ærverdig hotell, med perfekt plassering midt i sentrum av Lund. Vakker lobby og flott bar og restaurant. Frokosten var veldig god, det var rent og personalet var veldig hyggelige.

Cons:

Det var uutholdelig kokende varmt på hotellrommet, ingen AC - men en liten vifte som ikke hjalp og den bråkte som en båtmotor. Vårt rom gikk ut mot torget, og vi hørte konstant bråk fra tog hele natten igjennom. Vannet smakte dessverre ikke godt pga gamle rør.

Pros:

Behövde ett rum då jag missade sista tåget hem till Ystad . Varit på kurs i FRANKRIKE. Klickan var 01.00. Fick boka via Booking.com och det blev problem för nattportiern. Men det löste sig efter 30 min i foajén. Satt ute på min balkong sen, med kallt vitt vin och lyssnade på natten. Magiskt!

Cons:

Att vänta i foajén. Trött efter lång resa och behövde vila.

Fantastic!
Pros:

A great place with historical charm and atmosphere! Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Everything is on top, and the hotel has an environmental profile. One of the best hotels I have ever visited!

I grunden ett imponerande hotell men småsaker drar ner intrycket.
Pros:

Grand är en institution i Lund med fantastiska lokaler och läge. Rummen stora och vackert dekorerade. Bekväma sängar.

Cons:

Anser mig inte kinkig på hotell men med tanke på byggnadens kvaliteter och historiska status så stör slarvet med detaljerna. Separat dusch med direkt ingång i rummet är en lite speciell lösning som behöver välplanerad upphängning för badhandduk etc. Saknas.
Rummet annonseras med större urval av toalettartiklar. Saknas
Sen dras intrycket ner av onödiga småsaker som att en skylt om ”invänta bordsplacering” står framme vid frukosten men ingen bryr sig. Och om man ber om påfyllning av servetter som tagit slut så kostar ett vänligt bemötande så lite.
