Stay was great, staff were so friendly!
There wasn't a microwave in the room but that's my only complaint
The location was perfect! The hotel was very nice and clean! The room was fabulous! Plenty of space. 2 rooms. super clean! Breakfast was amazing!
The staff werd not professional and especially thr one who received us the first day was not polite at all.

Some areas were leaking on the lobby floor (carpet was wet. The elevator and carpet were old.
The maid knocked on the door multiple times while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. After a late night, being woken up early in the morning, with a do no disturb sign on the door was very frustrating. Then the maide came back several hours later to yet again knock on the door while the do not disturb sign was still on the door. Check out was at 12 pm confirmed both through the booking details and the desk agent. The maid lied and said check out was at 11 after being asked multiple times why she was knocking. No apology was given by the maid. I have never encountered that before while a do not disturb sign was on the door. Clearly that maid needs an attitude adjustment and or better training.
The staff was actually so kind. I really appreciate this as a young woman solo traveling to Atlanta for the first time.
We were initially placed in a room next to the road that was very noisy, the staff were great in helping us move for a more comfortable stay. Breakfast was good.
