Nous avons été très bien accueillis,bien conseillés. La chambre était propre , spacieuse, bien équipée. L’hôtel est bien situé par rapport au métro et à nos sorties prévues. Très contents
La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, ya que elegimos una opción un poco más amplia. Contaba con un excelente aire acondicionado, lo cual fue muy agradable, y además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos estaciones de metro, lo que facilitó mucho nuestros desplazamientos por la ciudad.

останавливаемся тут 3ий раз, расположение идеальное, район тихий при этом не долго до центра, весь транспорт в пешей доступности, рядом магазины и тд. Приветливый персонал, кондиционер работал на максимум!! когда на улице было +36, в комнате было +17

The Eiffel Kennedy was a quiet little modern hotel in a nice residential neighborhood a short walk to the Seine, the RER train and about a half hour walk to the Eiffel Tower. There's a Monoprix supermarket about a block away if you want to get food for a picnic. We didn't get to try the cafe on the corner, but it always seemed full of locals when we went by and there are several other cafes and restaurants in the area.
The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the AC worked and the bed was comfortable.
We decided to order the breakfast after seeing what they had to offer. Aside from bread and pastries there was a nice selection of meats, cheeses and eggs. I have celiac disease and the desk clerk offered to order some gluten free bread and pastries for me, but I declined. It really was not necessary.
All in all, it was a very nice stay for a fair price in a very expensive city.
The one thing we didn't much like was that the bathtub us a little high for my husband who has problems with his balance and arthritis. In retrospect we should have seen if they had a handicapped accessible room.

朝食は含まれていると勘違いしていた。夜中も街を歩く人の騒音が聞こえた。お部屋に湯沸かし器とインスタントコーヒーがあれば尚良かった。
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping came every day, changing the towels and bed linens, which we really appreciated.
One of the biggest advantages was the air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our stay in Paris, and having a cool, comfortable room made a huge difference.
The location is excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower and within easy reach of many other attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again!

aan de kamer was wel wat opknapwerk. Het gordijn kon niet toe. Ook de wc bril zat los.
L'accueil peu souriant le soir (mais bcp plus le lendemain matin).
酒店位於第16區，治安良好，距離火車站約10分鐘路程，尚算方便。另外，附近亦有52號及72號巴士站，往來大部份著名景點，十分方便。
十分欣賞接待處的各女職員，十分友善、樂於協助。我的信用咭出了問題，女職員不厭其煩為我處理，最終得以解決。
第一：接待處的各男職員都不太友善，完全沒有笑容。我提出想添一卷廁紙，都極不願意。想確認check out 時間，都不願解答。最後一天我們寄存行李後出外活動，預訂了6點的士去機場，由於同行73長者太累，我們5點多回到酒店大堂等候，其中一名男職員似乎嫌我們霸佔細小的裡堂。
第二：我天真地以為第一日入住的樽裝水是welcome drink免費，怎知要收費，所以連即沖咖啡都沒有是合理的
第三：我認為電水壺是基本設備，怎知是沒有的
