Eggs were ok
Bathroom toilet to low. Fell trying to sit on it. Hard to get up off of it. Nothing to hold on too.
Show door does not stop the water from going out. What a mess.
all were good
I liked that it was right next to the mall and it wasn’t too far from events I did.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t house keeping throughout my stay so I had to go to the lobby for things I needed
My gripe with the hotel is: the pool was not "up and running." This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
The pool, the pool, the pool...or they could have given us a discount. We stayed there for 4 days! That was disappointing.
Size of breakfast
Pool not being in operation
Nothing
The pool was out of service (it didnt say that in the listing) so my kids were bored in the room. We checked out a day early and never received a refund or the security deposit back. When I contacted them about it they said they couldn't find my booking to give a refund or the deposit. I emailed and showed my booking and my bank statement showing how I was charged and still nothing. So I was charged $486 for 1 night. The girl at the front desk said if we checked out by 11 am we would be refunded. We checked out at 9 am since we had a full family day planned. This hotel is a joke and I would never stay there again. The amount of money I paid for 1 night was more then my whole trip.
Accommodations were perfect. Good location for my daily excursions. Was there for a week. The breakfast selections were great. Not just coffee, milk, juice, cereal and muffins. Included were: waffle maker, scrambled eggs, meat and potatoes every day. On several occasions I stopped at the front desk with questions which always got answered.
The only criticism I would give on my visit were: 1 one of the 2 ice machines were down for a period, the automatic front door quit working shortly after I arrived and were still down when I left, water was off for an unknown reason for about 5 hours the day before my stay ended and the shower handle in my room was very lose but still operable.
Having to pay an incidental fee at check in. Although it was only $150 not the $200 as on the website. Will see if it gets refunded in the 7-10 business days.
Room was clean
Bad water pressure in shower, pool was out of service, vending machines didn’t work, homeless people out front bothering guests.
Location was good.
Upon check in, all guests in our party had to fill out forms and have photocopies of their ID taken. One guest didn't have their ID return, and the front desk called us at 11 pm that evening to inform us that they had the ID.
The hotel had a water pipe break, so there was no water for us to take showers for several hour in the afternoon/early evening. After a strenuous day in 113 degrees heat, this was a disappointment and pushed our dinner plans back several ours into the late evening. It also made the pool unavailable, which we had intended on using when we returned from dinner.
We were put into a room right next to the ice machine, and an adjoining room with people not in our group. Those guests woke at 4 in the morning and filled a cooler with ice, which was very loud, as the ice machine was right outside our door. They then spent the next 2 hours getting ready for their day. Since it was an adjoining room, we could hear all their conversation.
The front desk was not willing to offer any discount for the inconveniences, however the customer service hotline did offer a 20% discount.
