Pros:

Have stayed several times. It is where we stay when we come down.

Cons:

The front desk Danielle was not the most customer oriented. Nice once she got going, but a bit snippy to start.

NOT WORTH THE TRIP OR EXPERIENCE
Pros:

If you come to a place like this and don't order the steak that you cook on the stone, it's NASTY!!! I ordered the Chicken Kabobs expecting them to be somewhat seasoned, but was BLAND!! The sides with it were old! My husband got the Steak Mac and Cheese and it was not very hot (which was surprising because it came in a HotPot) the bread that came with it was extremely hard.
It also to 35 minutes to get our food from when we ordered. They claimed to be slammed, but there was only 4 tables with people there.
There were 3 girls doing EVERYTHING and they tried their best

Pretty hotel but it definitely needed some improvement
Pros:

I felt like overall the hotel was nice but a couple issues. Firstly the bottom floor over by the e-building section it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I'm not trying to say people got smoke but in a non-smoking building you would expect no smoking throughout the rooms and in the building itself. The smoke was strong and it carried through the hallways. I would totally be expecting it to be outside though.

We had dinner at the steakhouse dinner was okay. I'm a vegetarian and I went into the restaurant knowing that there wasn't going to be hardly anything for me and I accepted that. I decided to have a quesadilla and we shared pickle fries. My sister had the steak bite appetizer I think that was around $20. They aren't cooked for you so you have to cook for yourself and paying $20 to your own appetizer seemed a little overpriced. The service was kind of weird and the staffs spent more time in the back laughing than being upfront being hostesses.

We thought it was very weird as well to sell bare naked wine for $22 a bottle when you could get it at the store for like 10 bucks or less.

Served the purpose for a quick overnight stay
Pros:

Quiet room. Clean ans safe. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast choices.

Cons:

Water was barely lukewarm in shower. Towel rod almost falling off the wall mount at sink. No plastic cups. You have to request a coffee maker for your room. Staffing their friends were smoking on the outside patio at Toby's Bar & Grill which is part of the hotel.

Surestay Price UT don't stay
Pros:

One of the most expensive hotels on our road trip and VERY DISAPPOINTING. The bed was uncomfortable, your feet were higher than your head. No elevator but never told that. At check in they were not friendly just threw a bunch of coupons at us. The grounds were littered and garbage cans full . Just head next door to the Holiday Inn Express.
