I will always come back here to stay. The friendliness alone is worth the price.
Pros:

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful.

Overall, my stay here took care of my basic needs.
Pros:

Overall the room was comfortable and worked well for my main needs.

Cons:

I had a hard time understanding what the check in lady was saying about half of the time, but with help from others in line everything worked out ok. There were a number of minor things broken in the room, but the most important things were functional. When I brought up any of these items and the fact that my access card wasn't working an hour before check out time, the same lady didn't seem real concerned...🤷‍♂️. Maybe just a bad day for her? I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have any of the above issues. So I'll plan on trying another stay there soon and report back. My guess is that this last stay was an anomaly.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

It was fairly clean and well stocked with towels etc. Cheap and centrally located for my plans.

Cons:

Roaches in my bathroom, bad smell, very visually ugly property, short staff, long check in process, excessive security deposit, etc

Would stay somewhere else next trip.
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided.

Cons:

The room had a coffee machine but the coffee carafe was missing, so we couldn't make coffee. We told the desk person, they shrugged and said "sorry". We hoped there was coffee available near the checkout...there wasn't. The place said there was a pool. The pool was covered in crumpled, worn plastic and appeared to have been out of service a very long time.

It was ok, just ok !!

It was close to the Venue we were associated with.

Cons:

Room needed to be cleaned a little more, the sofa bed was discussing (dirty and stained with what-ever, we did not sit on it without pulling the sheet of the bed and covering it. The furniture was old and scratched up, the lamp need to be dusted. The Pool was filled in with dirt !! The office was not very inviting and need to be cleaned. I guess the best thing was that there were no bed bugs (Yet) No breakfast at all !!

Worse than I already thought it would be. No parking was available for my stay and I had illegally park and the bugs get

Door didn’t have a good seal so bugs were getting into room. Painting for the Walls and ceiling were not finished
