The staff was kind to switch my room after sending us to a 2 queen room when we booked a king room.
The room was unsanitary. The sheets and bedding were not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed. There were bugs.
The rudest staff ever. Filthy

You over booked the place and canceled my reservation. Had to sleep in my truck
Sleeping in my truck after you canceled my reservation
Nothing but the price
Staff was rude and when my spouse tried to call me and connect to my room they would hang up. It was an emergency and they continued to hang up over twenty times.
I thought the price was fair until I saw the hotel.
The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathtub drain had old hair and other substances in it. The t.v. remote was broken, the walls had plaster missing in quite a few places. My relatives who live in the area said the motel houses homeless people there.
Good for resting for traveling
Smell in the room
Our reservation was canceled br the compsny
We were informed that the company overbooked and our reservations were canceled.
Your staff, apparently foreign born, acts like they are the only important people. One staff member (a woman) checked us in. She gave us a key which did not work. When we told her we could not get into our room she remade the key and when we opened the door, a nude people man was lying on one of the beds. We returned and the woman told us to go someplace else. Our reservation had been made several months ago and there would not have been anywhere to go, and I doubt she could or would have refunded the money we paid in advance. After getting a second key the woman chased after us across the parking lot yelling and screaming at us. The manager spoke to us and we thought the issue was taken care of. A short time later my daughter was asked to come out and the police were there. The woman was screaming "I want her in handcuffs." After explaining our experience to the officers, the senior officer on site explained to us they receive more calls from this motel than all the other motels in the area combined. We have utilized the convenience of this motel for years. Long before it became the Royal Inn. The staff has been foreign born for years, but they have always been efficient, respectful, and polite. This particular employee has none of these qualities.
If I owned the motel, the guest would always be right, even if they were not. There are occasions when a guest is wrong, but your employee (maybe an owner) referred to the property as "hers". Regardless of her status, she was vengeful, impolite, and rude. What is more important to the motel is the response time of the police. False accusations about a guest, or calling the police when there is no actual problem, except in the distorted mind of an employee, will one day cause a delay when help is actually needed immediately.
