Pros:

Inexpensive place close to shopping and other facilities. Met our needs for a nights stay. No extras or pool. Staff was friendly. Seems family ran. Comfortable enough stay and basic. you get what you pay for. Felt safe and decent enough.

We checked in very late at night and left very early... or we would not have stayed.
Pros:

There were locks on the door, there was air conditioning and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

The small fridge was standing open and filled with wet towels.
The carpet was wet all around the fridge necessitating using most of the towels to walk through the room.
There was a large hole in the wall where the door hit it when open.
