Booking was cancelled by hotel on their allegation that my payment cards did not work when I had booked a hotel the previous day in Paris at the airport with the very same card. They wouldn’t allow me to visit the hotel to pay as I said I could prove my payment cards work. They suggested that booking with them would be more expensive than booking.com and that I should book again with the more expensive price.
I have put in a complaint as it is obvious they inflated the prices and did not want to meet the price I booked it at over a week before the visit and used my payment cards as being a problem which is impossible as I was staying in a hotel in Paris by the airport having arrived the night before before making our way into central Paris for the weekend.
Unprofessional and unethical behaviour. BOOKING.COM will be taking action on my behalf and I am awaiting compensation.

The location is excellent, peaceful and away from the crowds, yet still within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making us feel completely at home.
