The room was large and very clean. The pillows were very comfortable and the complimentary snacks etc was a nice touch.
Not havng powerpoints for phone chargers next to the bed was very frustrating and inconvienient. We ended up buying an extention cord. Also you cannot fill the kettle up in the bathroom because it doesnt fit under the tap.

Location is definitely good - unfortunately it’s the strongest point for the property
It just simply isn’t nice - lots of stainless steel in the bathroom - which felt like a hospital facility - lighting was average, fingerprints all over the ceiling above the bed, horrible couch to sit on - really, feels like it’s been thrown together quickly and die not represent value for money at all - very disappointed with the property and will never stay here again. Light switch in bathroom moves (literally swinging on the wall), power point in main area not working - just poor

The staff are excellent - friendly and efficient. The hotel is nice overall, a little different from the big chains (in a good way).
The location is great for walking the city, with many of Melbourne's laneway eateries in close proximity and close to Federation Square and the NGV.
The room is spacious and well-appointed with a coffee pod machine and a good sized ensuite.
The bed mattress was a little bit on the soft side for us. If you like a softer mattress this room is perfect but my spine needs a firm mattress.
We couldn't figure out how to turn the room lights off before going to sleep - it's very stylish lighting, but the controls next to the bed aren't very responsive.
We stayed on the 8th floor, it was very quiet. The room was large and the bed comfortable with good blockout blinds. Great value for money as it is in a central location, walking distance to theatres, restaurants and cinemas.

NO heating. Required 2 little plug in heaters to get the room above 17.4deg
NO privacy - hotel staff entered the room when I was taking a bath. NO knocking NO attempt to see if the room was empty. When asked to leave they walked past the bathroom and instead of looking away they looked in!

There was none. It would have been appropriate to inform that there were no eating facilities when booking was made not after
Check in was easy. There’s a great coffee place next door for a morning pick me up. The room design was cool and the bed was great.
