Cons:

Almost everything. This is a 2.5 star hotel on a 5 star site with 5 star prices. Poor value proposition.

Worst hotel experience in a decade. Poor service, inadequate facilities and lack of interest in delivering a nice experi
Pros:

Location is great but that’s about the sum of positives.

Cons:

The room on the 5th floor was super small and most importantly there was no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing stay at this location. I checked out and the front desk attendant was very unhelpful when I needed to use the restroom before going to the airport.

Of all the hotels in downtown Chicago this is your best choice
Pros:

It is so convenient to everything in downtown Chicago. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the property is always clean.

Cons:

I can’t think of one thing. It’s the only hotel I ever stay at when I’m in town.

Great rooms, locations, but let down by some details.
Pros:

New decorated suite rooms very nice!
Very clean, housekeeping staff helpful,
Great location for families
Lovely pool

Cons:

Bed-sofa rock hard…like a floor! Hard to pull out too.
Booked two rooms to be close together , got three floors apart…disappointed!
Rooms was not available at check in time, no apology given.
Elevators time waits long at times, multiple elevators full, so we (and others)took the back stairs that were available, dirty and unkempt and not clearly labelled.

Great place to stay central to all of the fun Chicago has to offer!
Pros:

The cleanliness and size of the room were great. The location of the hotel is ideal for many of the tourist spots in the city. There is also a train station not far from the hotel that I was able to take to different parts of the city.

Cons:

My room was right on the main street (Michigan Ave) so it was very noisy.

My Go To Hotel in the City!
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel in Chicago. The location is perfect, the workout area/pool are amazing, and the staff is great. I will definitely return the next time I want to stay in the City!

Beautiful Hotel but Rooms not suited for busienss travel

Beautiful hotel, but the beds were not comfortable. In addition, my room lacked a desk. When I travel on business like this most recent trip, I need a desk!

Great location, nice staff, comfy bed, but pillows need work.
Pros:

For the most part a great stay. The bed is comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have character. The staff are nice. The water pressure in the shower was great. You can barely hear the outdoor city sounds from your room.

Cons: the pillows have no volume. I believe they’re feather or alternative feather due to the season. The bedding felt a bit damp due to the humidity. Also,I had issues with the streaming apps on the smart TV is not working.
