Location and the staff were great! My room was fine, the toilet was swanky!

Cons:

It was dark in the room, which I like when sleeping but not when I arrive at night and I'm trying to work things out. There were lights but not enough of them and no main light at the door. The lack of windows allowing natural light didn't help. The bed was a little too soft for me (personal preference). The gym was ok but some of the machines didn't work.

Pros:

the room layout was cool. wake up call twice. kind staff giving water

Cons:

my room had a smell from an old fireplace, i think they could've resolved by now with baking soda. carpets were stained. bathtub had 2 pubic hairs in it upon arrival. no room service. AC is max controlled not to go lower than 67 degrees

Las camas muy buenas y cómodas

Cons:

Todo lo demás, nada que ver con las fotos eran renders, parecía un hotel fantasma, no había ni cafetera en la habitación y el precio carísimo para ni tener eso, en el lobby habían una cesta de sábanas sucias, no vale el valor que me cobraron, no me fui porque de verdad las camas y almohadas demasiado buenas

Overall, my stay at the Royalton was adequate.
Pros:

Property was in a good location and the staff was friendly upon check in and check out.

Cons:

I was put in a room right off of the elevators and the room itself didn’t seem very clean. Unfortunately, there were some stains and a couple holes in the sheets.

Overall was good. Did miss not having food/drink available in the lobby. Did give free water bottles
Pros:

The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was only one entrance as the back side on 43rd street was locked. Taxis and ubers as well as myself got confused of the entrance and ended up at the back door to only have to walk around the entire block to get in. Perhaps could have a room key allow you to unlock that door.
