Amazing.definitely will see you soon rather than later!
Pros:

My service dog felt like home. Every staff member was beyond excellent from the front desk personal to the cleaning staff. Thank you for such an amazing hospitality. Draco and I are very grateful, blessings.

Excellent experience with friendly staff.
Pros:

It was in a great location and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a hotel ever.
The round glitter ball bath was an added bonus especially after all the walking to soak those aching legs

Cons:

It was quite dark in the foyer and there were no refreshment facilities either in the room or available in the hotel. We were offered a bottle of water as we arrived and there was an excellent diner, coffee shop and Irish bar with good within a few doors of the hotel.

Great location but other places I’d rather stay at
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Nice bedding. Bathroom renovated in last few yrs and quite large.

Cons:

Hotel is overall gloomy and in need of a renovation. Lobby area, hallways, bedrooms. TV in room had only five channels and no cable. Desk and sofa in room had seen better days

The carpet was too dirty

The bed didn’t look like a queen bed it was too small for my husband . He is more than 6 feet tall

Hugely Disappointing
Pros:

Location is central
Rooms were clean but very minimal

Cons:

Smell of sweat in the lobby. No bar, no restaurants no water in the room, not even any cups or glasses or facilities to make tea or coffee. Really poor standard.
Had to ask reception daily for water.
Hotel is very dated & smells appallingly of sweat in the reception area. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommend

Great staff and location, would recommend
Pros:

The staff was so attentive and positive, it was very refreshing. The room size was great, especially for NY, the bathrooms looked renovated and the bed was comfortable. The location is also great, the higher floors are very quiet.

Cons:

Other than water being given there was nothing in the rooms, no glasses, no coffee maker nothing, that's a bit odd. The fan was very loud especially at night, it was hard to regulate.

Near perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated in midtown Manhattan, making all mayor sights very accessible by under 15 minutes of walking through the City. There are multiple train lines available under 5 minutes of walking. The front desk personnel were one of the friendliest I have ever experienced! The room was extremely spacious. Moreover, there was a small technical defect in our room. Upon notifying the staff, immediate action was taken and were profoundly apologized to. On W43rd st., less than 1 minute away, there is a valet service parking garage available for $70 a day. The hotel lobby is absolutely stunning. The room itself is designed in a revivalist art-deco style, for which I have great appreciation.

Cons:

The room itself has seen better days. There are above acceptable stains on the furniture and carpet. The elevators are relatively small, though running frequently. The overall infrastructure in the room is very dated, not something you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Was told valet parking then they didnt have it had to park with someone else my car has several marks on it now
There's alot of potential for this location it sucks because they had a perfect bar space that is not being used would have been perfect for me and my husband after a long day of walking , also no ice machines , was given water though
