That I was back home
too much to list and we were on the very end to where my elderly parents could not visit easily, and in fact caused a lot of issues for my mother.
Not to much there. Coffee and waffles.
Nothing but waffles, yogurt and cereal to eat. Used to be muffins and bagels available here. Juice machine was down and it was also down in July when I was there. Need to upgrade more variety and get things fixed that have been down.

Staff was very helpful
The receptionist Linda was nice and tried to remedy the room issues to the best of her abilities. She went above and beyond to be helpful. She had at least 10 guest come at the same time and as I waited for her to get me into another room she worked diligently to accommodate all.
The rooms were not clean and the air-conditioning unit made such a loud banging noise I couldn't rest. There was blood on one of the pillowcases. So I changed rooms only to be placed in a room that had not been stocked so no shampoo, tissue, or towels. There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower and water puddle in the restroom where the water came from is a mystery I didn't have the time or energy to find out. But at this point I am so tired I just lay down. Only to realize there's no tv remote. Got up the next morning to iron my clothes only to discover the iron is missing from the room ugh....call the desk requested remote and iron to no avail. I go to the desk and encounter a rather unfriendly woman nothing like Linda the first lady that was very helpful. Needless to say I will not want to stay there again until renovation and staff improves and get more people like Linda that worked tirelessly to make the guest happy.
The shower had mold in it and wasn’t clean drain had hair debris’s on it . Staff wasn’t trained very well. Breakfast had very little options. And juice machine was broken .

The location was good.
We waited at least two hours for our room, that we had reserved, to get ready. We finally got our room and the comforter had simply been pulled over the dirty sheets. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. No towels. No trash can. Since it was late and we had waited so long, my husband went to the laundry room and got clean sheets. He then got the cleaning cart that was in the hallway and we cleaned the room. Anyway, when I finally got the manager she told me we would get a refund. Over a month later and we still haven’t received it.

The 3 cockroaches in our room, 1 being quite large. Breakfast was waffles, strawberry yogurt, bananas, 2 kinds of mini boxed cereal. That was it. No breads, no milk for cereal. No other fruits, no eggs, no sausages or bacon, juice was out of order. Not how it’s advertised at all.
