Pros:

Az L3 -as metró 2 percre volt.a szállástól,amivel hamar be lehetett jutni a központba. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt,probléma esetén azonnal segítettek,takarítás volt minden nap.

Cons:

A reggeli finom volt,de lehetett volna kicsit változatosabb,pl.több fajta gyümölcs,sajt,pékárú.

Disappointing stay for 1 night
Pros:

Very nice clean hotel in a good quiet location.
Lovely bar staff.

Cons:

When booking a hotel, we would expect a comfy bed (which we did) and a shower. There was no hot water when we arrived but as it was late we decided to leave it until morning. Sadly there was no hot water in the morning either. I reported this at reception before going to breakfast. No one came to our room and I complained when checking out. We were told there was a problem with the pipes and the hot water was not reaching the ninth floor, where our room was. I suggested that as guests we expected to be able to wash for the £112 cost of our room. The receptionist was very defensive saying that it wasn't their fault we had no hot water to shower. There was no offer of a refund and I told the receptionist I would be complaining to booking.com. I will not recommend this hotel.
