Bel hôtel idéalement situé pour rayonner à pied dans Venise. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le lit était confortable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Location, charming, breakfast included. Comfy bed. Super quiet. Reception 24/7

Cons:

Room very small, shower head over bath and no shower curtain so have to kneel in bath to get a shower. No air conditioning until temp over 25degrees although we were given a fan. No lift- have to carry cases up flights steps to room- help was given.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful but this hotel did not live up to expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast was fairly basic but OK. One lady serving and clearing tables in a very small breakfast room. She was very pleasant, hardworking and friendly, so much so that I hesitate to be critical of it.

Cons:

There was AC in room but it does not come on until end of April ! They did supply a fan when we complained.
The very small bathroom had an overhead shower, but no curtain or screen, resulting in entire room being soaked every time we showered.

Pros:

Roupas de cama, banho e amenidades de banheiro de muito boa qualidade. O staff muito educado e o café da manhã também foi satisfatório!

Cons:

O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e é protegido por uma cortina de plástico que não cobre toda a sua extensão, molhando tudo à sua volta.
