La città più bella del mondo
Pros:

È una struttura centralissima a due passi da Piazza San Marco ma non è recentissima. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Pulizia nella norma ma essendo la struttura un po' datata è difficile dare un giudizio.

Cons:

La camera assegnata è risultata adatta per le due notti che abbiamo trascorso ma per più giorni diventa scomoda in quanto non si riescono a sistemare comodamente robe e valigie. Inoltre, il bagno era davvero basso, io sono alto 1,77 e quasi sfioravo il soffitto. La colazione non all'altezza per essere in Italia.

Pros:

Location was great. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Very comfy beds.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor (choice and taste wise) - not worth buying.
The were different hairs laying around in the bathroom. The sink didn't drain properly.

Not suited to families.
Pros:

The location was great.
The friendliest staff member was the lady laying out the breakfast.

Cons:

Smelly rooms. No break out space, so four of us in a ‘family suite’, 21sqms were on top of each other, with no room to move or open our cases.
The breakfast was pretty bad. We were in Italy, but had to drink coffee from an instant machine. Everything served for breakfast came out of a tin or packet.
After dragging our luggage through the streets on Venice in 35 degrees, and then all of our luggage up two flights of stairs, we weren’t even offered a glass or bottle of water.

Pros:

Funcionários super simpáticos e prontos a ajudar. O quarto com 3 camas e casa de banho espaçosa. Tudo bastante limpo. A decoração típica Veneziana, a localização é fantástica, sempre perto dos pontos turísticos mais importantes, apesar que andar em Veneza tudo se torna perto. O pequeno almoço tem variedade, é bom. Para os 4 tem uma ótima relação preço / qualidade.

Zentral und komfortabel
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!! Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, insgesamt wirkte alles gut gepflegt.

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl.
