Tiene buena ubicación, atención correcta del personal y excelente restaurante
Las habitaciones tienen muebles muy viejos, la TV no es smart, y en el desayuno deberían tener una máquina de café expreso

Hotel muito bem localizado, bonito e confortável. Atendimento excelente. Bom café da manhã e forneceram opções sem gluten (sou celíaca). A piscina e a jacuzzi foram ótimas para relaxar no final do dia! Com certeza voltaríamos!
Nosso quarto molhava bastante embaixo da janela, pela condensação devido a diferença de temperatura dentro e fora, e também quando choveu. E muitos dias depois da limpeza não deixavam toalha de piso para banheiro e tínhamos que pedir (o box é aberto e acaba molhando do lado de fora), mas traziam rapidamente. Mas de resto foi tudo ótimo, ficaríamos outras vezes.

Preços do hotel / restaurante um pouco altos, café da manhã algo monótono se o hóspede fica muitos dias seguidos.
A estrutura e localização do hotel são muito boas. As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza dos quartos é muito boa. Os serviços do SPA são bons.
Para o valor cobrado, o atendimento no hotel deixa a desejar. Não tivemos problemas na recepção, porém o atendimento no restaurante é muito ruim, apesar da comida ser OK. A qualidade do serviço em geral é bem inconsistente, em geral falta treinamento para lidar com os hóspedes para a equipe
