Buena ubicación y confort en Madrid.
Pros:

Ubicación es buena. Queda en uno de los mejores barrios de Madrid, cerca al parque el Retiro, y de la zona central y también junto a la zonas comercial de Goya donde hay un Corte Inglés entre otros comercios. El desayuno es muy bueno aunque un poco costoso. La habitación es buena, limpia y bien equipada..tal vez un poco estrecha para 4.

Cons:

Habitación estrecha para grupos de 4. El inodoro tenia tanta presión que cuando se soltaba el agua se salía un poco y eso no es tan agradable. La mayoría de los elmpleados muy amables salvo uno o dos que no tenían tan buena actitud de servicio.

* Underground parking is very convenient if you are travelling by car. However, the entrance and parking spaces can be quite challenging to navigate with a larger SUV.
* Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and modern stay.

* The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, which affected the comfort at night.
* The breakfast was disappointing in terms of quality.
* The coffee at breakfast was poor. The Lavazza coffee capsules provided in the room were much better.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado cerca de una buena zona para salir a comer y cenar. Muy cerca del Retiro y de zonas comerciales. Habitación amplía y cómoda. Además había oferta para el desayuno así que al final lo cogimos para toda la familia.
